Add a tag to a group of clients at the same time. For this:
Select the clients you want to add the tag to. You can use checkboxes to make your selection. For example, you can select a filter by messenger and the tag will be assigned to all clients with the specified messenger;
Select "Add Tag" from the list of bulk actions;
Start typing a tag and select it from the list;
Click on the "Add Tag" button.
To assign a mass tag, you must first create it in the “Tags” section in the platform settings. You can find out more about creating tags by following the link.
You can also filter the required audience and select mass actions:
Select clients;
Select a tag;
Set the desired time.
An active “add tag” button will appear, which you need to click to perform the action.
