Add a tag to a group of clients simultaneously. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Audience" section.

  1. Click "Mass Actions".

  1. Click the "Add Tag" button.

  1. Select the clients to whom you want to add a tag. You can use checkboxes (only on one page within 30 subscribers) or click the "Select All" button.

  1. Select a tag from the list or create one in the corresponding field.

  1. Set the execution time for the mass action by specifying the date and time.

Note: The "Recommended" checkbox schedules the mass action for 02:00 AM.

  1. Click the "Add Tag" button.

To assign a tag in bulk, it must first be created in the "Tags" section in the platform settings. Learn more about tag creation via the provided link.
