Possible reasons for failed payments on the platform

Error when entering card details - check the correctness of the entered card details (card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code) and try payment again.
Insufficient funds on the card - top up the card or use another one.
The card has a daily or one-time limit for card payments on the Internet - or the card is closed for payments on the Internet - contact your bank's support service to open the online payment function.
There is no 3D security on the card - confirmation, multi-factor verification of payment confirmation.
Limitation on the payment amount in the payment system itself - restrictions on the transaction amount.
Expiration of the allowable payment time for the offer (setting on the platform).
There may be interruptions in the operation of the Internet connection, this contributes to the loss of communication with the bank’s processing center.
Also, the following reasons are possible:
The card has expired - contact your bank's Help Desk to reissue it.
There is a “non-withdrawal” balance on the card.
A card format that is not supported by the payment system.
You may be using outdated versions of Internet browsers (Internet Explorer below version 8, Opera below version 10) - change the browser, clear the cache and cookies in the new browser and try payment again.
If you use mobile Internet access, difficulties with payment processing may be caused by a dynamic IP address, change it to static in the settings of your network device and try payment again.
9.A transaction using your card is considered suspicious:
If you encounter problems paying for your order by card, you need to contact the technical support service (usually 24/7) of the card issuer bank.
Also, there may be restrictions on the part of any payment service that is used to conduct transactions.
If a payment fails, payment systems return error codes; these codes are different for each payment system. Below are links to descriptions of these errors in different payment systems.
You can view the error in the customer card, order history section in the client card.
If the list below is not the payment system you use, then you need to write to technical support of the payment system to clarify the error code.
