The Message templates tab

Description

This tab allows you to create, store and edit templates for messages. Templates can be used wherever there is the message constructor. To do this, use a message element of the Template type.

1. Button for adding template categories. Adds a new empty template category;
2. List of available template categories;
3. Template category name. Here you can change it (if you hover the mouse cursor on the button "");
4. Button to delete a block (category) of templates. Deletes the current category and all its contents;
5. Button to add a new template. Opens the message constructor with an empty message. After saving, a new template is created;
6. Template. When pressed, opens the message constructor with the contents of the template. Allows you to edit templates;
7. Button for deleting one template. Deletes the template and all its contents;

When the template is created, you can use it anywhere on the platform where the message constructor is involved: Chats, AI Support, Smart Sender, Sales Tunnels.

You can send templates like any other messages. In addition, there is a special type of buttons for the template ("Message"). When the subscriber click this button, he will receive a response from the template assigned to the button.
