Buttons are convenient, intuitive, and attractive elements in your messages to users. They allow for quick option selection, improve user experience, and contribute to achieving business goals.

By tracking target actions through clicks on buttons, it's easier to work with analytics. Using a concise call to action in the button text can significantly increase conversions in the sales tunnel.

Currently, you can add up to 10 buttons for the Telegram messenger and up to 3 buttons for other messengers.

IMPORTANT! In other messengers, the limit remains unchanged and is set to 3 buttons. When using content synchronization mode, only the first three buttons will be duplicated to the other messengers.

1. Button functionality

Buttons allow you to structure content and provide users with various action options.

Buttons can be added to text elements and "CardBox" elements, but no more than three buttons can be added to one element.

2. User tracking and button statistics

You can track users who clicked on a specific button, monitor those to whom the button was sent, block buttons after they are sent, and view the statistics for each button: the number of sends, clicks, unique sends, and unique clicks.

3. Synchronized buttons

The "Synchronization" function shows whether the button is synchronized across all messengers. When you click on it, a menu opens showing all communication channels where this button is added. To remove a communication channel, click on the cross icon.

4. Button states

  • A warning that the buttons are not synchronized.

  • A warning that the button contains errors.

  • Active button: When clicked, it triggers an action.

  • Inactive button: The button is sent to the user, but no action occurs when clicked. In the tunnel, it is highlighted in red.

  • Allow one click for a group of buttons: If this feature is enabled, when one button is clicked in the tunnel, the others become inactive and cannot be clicked.

  • Send statistics button: When clicked, a window opens showing the statistics – the number of sends, clicks, unique sends, and unique clicks.

5. Button sending options

  • Button placement in a single row

  • Button placement in a single column

The ability to change the button layout (available only for Telegram)

6. Button types:

  • Link: Opens a link when clicked

  • Template call: Sends a message template when clicked

  • Buy: Opens an offer (with the possibility of partial payment)

  • Subscribe: Subscribes to a specific tunnel

  • Payment completion: Used to complete partial payments

  • Phone number: Initiates a call to the specified number (only for Facebook)

  • Unsubscribe: Allows users to unsubscribe from the sales tunnel (similar to the /stop command)

7.8 Transition by relation

You can link buttons directly to specific blocks in the sales tunnel. Simply drag the connection from the button to the desired block type to set up the sequence. To configure it so that clicking the button opens the next block without sending a message, create an empty message template and set the button type to: Transition by relation
