Static menu (Dark blue block) - a functional block for placing a static menu in a telegram bot with a message for the user via the Telegram channel in the sales tunnel.
The main difference between a static menu and the usual buttons in messages in tunnels is their fixation below the chat with the user. So that, regardless of the dialogue with the user, the menu buttons are constantly in the field of view of your client.
A block of this type can be installed in any part of the tunnel, after the LHT, regardless of what type of block is subsequent.
By clicking on the block with the left mouse button, the “Add accompanying message” block opens, similar to that found in the “Message” block, where you can create the necessary text and visual accompaniment for the block, which will be sent to clients.
Attention! For the block to work correctly, text content must be added to the accompanying content!
And also, a static menu constructor in which you can add up to 5 rows of up to 3 buttons each to the menu.
To add a row, click the “+ Row” button
Then you can add up to 3 buttons in one row:
When adding a button, you can give it a name
And also, assign actions to it such as “Call a template”, “Sign”, “Unsubscribe” and “Follow a link”.
Call template - allows you to send a prepared message
Subscribe - allows you to subscribe the user to the tunnel you have selected
Unsubscribe - allows you to unsubscribe the user from the tunnel you have selected
Communication transition allows your clients to continue passing through the tunnel
After creating and saving content in a block, you need to extend the connection to the next block that the user should receive.
With a block of the “Static menu” type, by right-clicking on it, you can perform the following manipulations:
Copy - copy the block to the clipboard. When performing this action, you can paste the copied block into another sales tunnel.
Create a copy - a copy of the selected block is created in the tunnel.
Delete - deletes the selected block.
It is important to remember that the “Static menu” block was designed for a telegram channel and if your funnel works with several channels at once, we have provided the option “If the communication channel does not support a static menu”
