1. Introduction

Definition

"Personal Setting" is the personal profile section of a Leeloo.AI platform user, where each user manages their own account credentials: name, login, phone, profile picture, email address and login password. The section belongs to the cross-cutting layer of the platform and serves the Manage stage: it is part of the account settings that ensures correct and secure identification of the operator within the system.

The section opens from the platform’s side menu — it is located below the "Settings" section and visually appears as an email login (the email address of the current user). A single click on it opens the page with the account’s personal data.

The B2B operator (business owner, marketer, content manager, or any other employee with access to the platform) edits only their own profile here: enters the username and login, adds or changes the contact phone, uploads a profile picture, changes the password and email address. The section does not manage other people’s accounts — there is a separate guide on managing users for that.

Leeloo.AI is a B2B tool, so the B2C client (a business’s subscriber in a messenger) does not interact directly with this section. However, the operator’s correct personal data indirectly affects the client: the username and profile picture are shown in chats and dialogue history, while a valid email ensures the delivery of system notifications, without which the handling of a client’s request can be interrupted.

The operator’s personal data is not written to the Client’s Card — these are different entities: "Personal Setting" stores the platform employee’s data, while the Client’s Card holds the subscriber’s data. The link between them appears only at the display level: the operator’s name and avatar set in this section are shown next to their messages in the client’s card.

After reviewing this guide you will understand:

  • what the "Personal Setting" section is and what role it plays in the account settings;

  • which personal data fields are available for viewing and editing;

  • how to change the name, login, phone and upload a profile picture;

  • how to change the password for logging into the account;

  • how to change the email address with confirmation via a code from the email.

Purpose

"Personal Setting" is the control point for the operator’s personal account on the platform. The section lets each user keep their data up to date on their own and control access security, without contacting an administrator. The specific function of the section in business processes belongs to the account management stage.

Manage — at this stage the section ensures the operator’s profile stays correct and that login is secure: the user updates the name and contact details, replaces the profile picture, periodically changes the password and, if needed, moves the account to a new email address with confirmation via a code. The job — to give the operator full self-service control over their own account and reduce the risk of losing access to the platform.

2. Overview of the "Personal Setting" section

In the "Personal Setting" section you can view and edit your account information: username, login, phone number, email address and profile picture. In addition, by clicking the "+ Upload" button you can upload or replace an existing profile image.

2.1. Personal information fields

The section page consists of a set of fields and profile management buttons. Each interface element is described below:

  1. Username field: enter the name of the user who owns this account.

  2. Login field: a field for specifying the login used on the platform.

  3. Phone field: a field for adding or changing the contact phone number.

  4. Email field: displays the email the platform was registered with.

  5. Change Email button: when clicked, it opens a field for editing the current email address.

  6. Profile picture: the option to upload a new profile image or replace the existing one with the "+ Upload" button.

  7. "Save" button: saves all changes made in the Username, Login, Phone, Email and Profile picture fields.

  8. Password change subsection: the section for entering a new password and confirming it (see 2.2).

  9. Email change subsection: the section intended for changing the email address (see 2.3).

After making changes in any of the fields, click the "Save" button — the platform will apply the new values for the name, login, phone, email and profile picture.

2.2. Changing the password

To change the password for logging into your account, click the "Change Password" item — the password change form will open.

In the form that opens, enter your current and new passwords, after which the change will be saved.

Note: changing the password affects only the operator’s account login and does not affect subscriber data. Use a strong password and update it periodically to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the platform.

2.3. Changing the email

To change the email address, click the "Change Email" button.

In the corresponding field, enter the new email address and click the "Change Email" button — a confirmation email will be sent to the specified address.

Enter the verification code from the email into the corresponding field (shown in the screenshot below) to complete the address change.

Important: until the verification code from the email is entered, the email change is not completed, and the account remains tied to the previous address. Make sure the new address is correct and that you have access to the mailbox — otherwise the email with the code will not arrive.
