Before sending users a document that you post through the “file” block, check the sending on yourself because sometimes messengers do not allow one or another document format to pass through.

When exporting a File to unsupported channels, it is converted to a Link
Restrictions
Maximum link length: 500 characters
The link must start with "http://" or "https://"
The link must be direct
maximum size 20mb
Notes
To upload files and videos, we recommend using your personal hosting or uploading files directly from your PC
Any other file hosting that provides direct links to files is also suitable.
For documents, we recommend using the .pdf format in all instant messengers.
