Connecting the Twilio SMS Service

The platform provides the ability to connect the Twilio SMS service and work through it.
Twilio Registration
To start working with it, you need to register:
Go to www.twilio.com and click “Sign Up”.
Enter the required registration details:
First name
Last name
Email address
Password
Accept the user agreement (check the box after reviewing it).
Click the “Continue” button.
Go to your email inbox, find the email from Twilio, and copy the confirmation code.
Paste the received code into the “Code” field on the Twilio platform and click “Verify”.
In the “Phone Number” field, enter your phone number and click “Send code via SMS”.
Enter the received verification code in the designated field and click “Verify”.
In the next window, you can save the recovery code, then click “Continue”.
Complete the short onboarding process on the Twilio platform.
Open the “Twilio Home” section.”.
Select your account to retrieve your Account SID and Auth Token.
In this window, you can copy your Account SID and Auth Token to connect Twilio to the http://Leeloo.AI platform.
Next, go to the http://Leeloo.AI platform, navigate to the “Settings” section, then go to “Integrations”, and click “+ New Connection”.
Enter the required connection details:
Select Twilio as the integration.
Enter the "Account" details from the Twilio dashboard.
Enter the "Token" from the Twilio dashboard.
Enter the "Phone" number linked to Twilio.
Click “Confirm”.
After completing all the setup steps, if the connection is successful, you will see the status "Enabled".
To enable paid SMS campaigns, you also need to specify a Webhook URL in your Twilio settings.
In your Twilio Dashboard, go to the Phone Numbers tab and click on your phone number.
In this section, under the fields “A MESSAGE COMES IN” and “PRIMARY HANDLER FAILS”, enter the Webhook URL and click “Save configuration”.
You need to specify your connection ID, which you can copy from your bot settings by clicking the "Copy ID" button.
If you receive the error "failed sending message" when sending SMS through the platform, you need to check the geolocation settings on Twilio's side via the following link:

Specify the necessary countries and retry sending the message.
Creating SMS Subscribers
To send an SMS campaign to a specific audience, you must first create SMS subscribers. You can do this in several ways.
First Method (Individual Subscriber)
You can create an SMS subscriber via the Client Card.To do this, log in to Leeloo.AI, go to the “Chats” section, select the client for whom you want to create a campaign, and click “Campaigns”.
Open the Client Card, then click “+ Create Communication Channel”. Select “SMS”, choose the “Twilio” bot, then click “Create”.
Here, you can also select the necessary bot through which the interaction will take place.я.
Second Method
You can create an SMS account and/or send an SMS through the Action block (red block). Simply set the corresponding parameters.
Third Method
Another way is to create an SMS account via subscription through LGT.
