Facebook chatbot connection
First, you need to create a public Facebook page. If you have already created it, go to connect the page to the platform.
How to create a public page?
Log into your account on facebook.com and go to the page for creating public pages.
Select the page type by clicking on the "Start" button. Please note that only an authorized representative can create a page for an organization, company, brand, or public person.
Fill all the necessary fields and create your fan page
How to connect a public page to the platform?
In order to connect your FB page to Leeloo.ai platform follow settings - messengers and click Refresh permission button.
After, you will see the window, where you have to follow some steps to give Facebook permissions and choose the page, you want to connect to Leeloo.ai.
Then, click “New connection”, and choose Facebook.
In the “Facebook page” tab chose the page you want to connect to Leeloo.ai and click connect button.
Pay your attention, you have to be the creator or administrator of the page, you are connecting.
