The filter panel
The filter panel is a tool designed to filter customers, orders, and sales. Allows you to filter by different parameters: by name, tunnel, lead generation tool, phone number, etc. It is present on all pages where there is a list of subscribers: in Chats, CRM, Sales plans, when choosing a target audience in Smart Mailing. Also present in the Orders and Sales section. The filter bar is at the top of the window. In most cases, it looks like the one shown in the image below:
By default, only basic filters are visible. To expand the panel with all filters, click the button
To filter clients, set the required filtering parameters (tag, tunnel, etc.) and click the button
. The button
resets all filtering parameters in the filtering panel.
Pressing the button
will open the side filtration panel. In the drop-down list, select the element you want to filter by:
Match all/any filtering types
When using multiple filters, the default is "match ALL". Each filter is a specific condition for collecting results. The results include only those that match all filters. If at least one filtering condition is not met, the element will not be included in the result. To display a list of clients that match at least one of the specified filters, and not all, you need to change the filtering principle to "match ANY". To change the principle of filtration, use the switch
Inverted filtering (inverse filter)
To invert the selected filter, click the button
. If you select one tunnel, click on the button
and apply the filter, then as a result you will see the subscribers of all tunnels EXCEPT for the specified one.
Gender
This filter works correctly with subscribers from Facebook and VKontakte.
Options: Male, Female, other, unset.
Note: Unset - includes FB and VK users who do not have gender specified, as well as users from all other instant messengers.
By phone number
Filters by phone number
By customers
Filters by a specific customer or several.
Options: All customers.
By email
Filters by a specific email address. Filters by email address. Returns all subscribers who have the specified email address on their card.
By lead generation tools
Filters by a specific lead generation tool. Displays users who have subscribed through the selected lead generation tools.
Options: All lead generation tools existing in the system (of any type).
By tunnel
Filters by a specific tunnel. Displays the subscribers of the selected tunnels.
Options: All tunnels existing in the system.
By communication channel
Filters by the communication channel (chat bot) the user is subscribed to.
By traffic source
Filters by "traffic source" from lgt. You need to specify a tunnel, Lead Gean Tools and Traffic Sources.
By order
Filters by the presence of generated orders for the selected offers.
Variants: All offers existing in the system.
By purchase
Filters by the presence of successful purchases for the selected offers.
Variants: All offers existing in the system.
By tags
Filters by the presence of a specific tag in the subscriber.
Options: All tags existing in the system.
Days after last message
Filters by the time of the last message in the chat with the subscriber. shows everyone who has messages written by the user for the specified period. This will help you filter out people who have not yet come under the 24h rule from Facebook or WhatsApp and to whom you can still send messages without restrictions.
Options: select period, Less than 24 hours
Had chat with
Filters by the presence of a chat with a specific platform user (manager).
Options: All users of the platform account.
By sales plans
Filters by client belonging to the selected sales plan
Options: All existing sales plans.
By connection status
Filters by subscriber status.
Options: Stopped, Stopped by user, Unsubscribed, Connected, Disconnected.
By creation date
Filters by the creation date of the customers.
By custom fields
You can filter the user by a particular value that is specified in the custom field.
By success/failed sender
A filter that allows you to find people by sent and failed senders. This filter allows you to find people who have received or have not received Smart Senders.
By sent/clicked buttons
The filter allows finding customers, who were sent the button or who clicked buttons in tunnel blocks, Smart senders, or other elements.
By webinars
If you are using the integration with Bizon365 and want to filter your subscribers by the condition of visiting the webinar, apply this filter.
has purchases
will show users with one ore more purchases in the client card
by visited sites
In this filter you have to choose a website which one you want to track the visit. Before, this site has to be added in the settings tab

These filters are present only in the Orders and Sales section.
By Partial Payments
Filter customers who have partial payments
By order status
Filter by order status
Options: resolved, rejected, refunded, opened
By customers
Filters by customer name. You can specify several names at once.
By payments system account
Filters by the presence of successful purchases through the selected payment system account.
Options: All accounts of payment systems.
By Tunnel
Filters by a specific tunnel. Displays orders of the selected tunnels.
By Lead Gean Tool
Filters by a specific LGT. Displays orders of the selected LGT.
By order offer
Filters by ordered offers. Displays all customers and orders by selected offer.
By creation date
Filters by order completion time. Both dates are required. Returns all orders formed within the specified time interval.
By price
Filters by the price of the generated order. Two numbers are required. Returns orders that fall within the specified range.
Options: Two numbers.
By sales manager
Filters all sales that are assigned to the specified manager.
Not verified sales
Displays sales that are not reviewed by the head of sales.
