Audience

View basic information about your customers in the form of a list, call them, and carry out massive actions with them: add and remove a tag, export to CSV, add to the sales plan, etc in the CRM platform section

 

Audience table

 

 

When a new user subscribes to one of your company's tunnels, a record about the new person's subscription is added to the Audience table.

  • Client- username and date of creation of his account

  • Contacts - mail and phone number of the user, if there is one in the customer card. The page displays a maximum of 30 clients;

  • Tags - tags assigned to the user

  • Sales plans - in which sales plans this user is assigned

  • Sales - the number of user sales

  • - the selection of clients for further massive actions (about them below). To select all the clients of the page, click on the topmost square to the left of "Created";

  • You can see more detailed information about the client in the client card. To do this, click on the client's name.

Client filtering

 

 

Filter clients by different filters: messenger, tunnel, lead generation tool, ordered/purchased offer, status, etc. To do this, use the filtration panel. It is located in the upper right corner of the page:

To filter clients, set the required filtering parameters (tag, tunnel, etc.), and click

Button

resets all filtering options in the filter panel, but the filtering results remain. To display all the results without filtering (i.e. all clients), after clearing the filters, click the button

.

 

Bulk actions with clients

 

 

Work with your customer base at the same time using bulk actions:

The bulk action button is located to the right of the Audience table:

Starting from version 0.46.0 of the platform, the execution of bulk actions will now occur gradually and you can see the progress process on the scale in the Audience section when you start bulk actions. You can schedule them and see the execution status.

With the button Open/close bulk actions, you can open/close this tab. When you will open it, you will see the number of selected clients, and the opportunity to select all filtered users will appear.

The bulk actions are:

  1. add tag action

  2. delete tag

  3. Move to archive action

  4. move to black list, to stop any activity for subscriber

  5. subscribe. If you need to start any sales tunnel for your customers

  6. Unsubscribe. If you need to stop sending any sales tunnel for your customers

  7. import users action

  8. Export subscribers data to XLS

  9. add to sales plans action

  10. add email/sms account to selected accounts

Also, you can view history of the bulk actions, stop and change then remove them in the History section.

 

Move to archive

With the help of this action, you can move to archive your unsubscribe accounts. You can select all users, choose the recommended time or set the necessary time for this action.

 

Add/Remove tag

Same actions with which you can add or remove a tag from a group of users in bulk.

 

Import

You can import data of email or sms accounts to the Leeloo.ai platform.

  1. number of selected clients and communication channels

  2. button to select all clients in the Audience

  3. choose a file from your PC to download

  4. choose email or sms connection where clients will be added

  5. select sales tunnel where customers will be subscribed automatically after adding

  6. select tag with will be added to customers

  7. button to import clients

Also, you have an opportunity to add data with customers from messengers, supported in Leeloo.ai, in order to do it, you have to know social_id of the clients, you want to import and you need to have chat bot, where this clients are subscribed. If you have such data, follow next steps:

  2. separate your subscribers to messengers

  3. connect your chat bot to Leeloo.ai account

  4. import your clients to Leeloo.ai by messengers

  5. check, if you have an opportunity to communicate with added persons.

We are recommended before adding all the subscribers data, check the import for one or two customers, in order not to make mistakes/

 

Export clients

It is possible to export clients and communication channels data intro XLS file from the Leeloo.ai platform.

 

Add to sales plan

You can bulk add clients to the sales plans if you need id. Also, there are other ways to add customers to Sales Plans.

 

Add SMS/Email accounts

 

This action creates email or SMS communication channels for all selected clients.

Pay your attention, for email customers, an email field is required, for SMS customers phone is required.

Communication channel won't be created for clients without a corresponding field (phone or email)

 

Blacklist

This action will add customers the blacklist in your Leeloo.ai account.

 

Calls to clients

If IP-telephony is connected to the system, then you can call clients directly from the platform in the Audience section. To do this, open the card of the client to whom the call will be made, go to the "Phone calls" section (1) and click on the "Call" button (2).

 

Pay your attention, to make calls from Leeloo.ai you need to make integration with IP telephony provider.

 

To make the call complete:

 

  • a program for making calls must be activated on the computer (for example, Zoiper);

  • the short number of the account that you are logged into in the program must match the number that you selected in step 2.
