Facebook page connection

You can connect both existing business pages and new business pages to the platform http://leeloo.ai

If you already have an existing business page, proceed with connecting it to the platform.

If you don't have a Facebook business page, you need to create one.

How to create a new page?

Log in to your account on http://facebook.com and click on the "Pages" tab.

Click the "Create New Page" button. Keep in mind that a page for an organization, company, brand, or public figure can only be created by an official representative.

Select the type "Public Page" and click Next.

Enter the page name, select the most suitable category, and optionally add a biography. After filling in the details, click the "Create Page" button

Connecting the page to the LeeLooAI platform

Log in to the platform http://Leeloo.ai and go to the section Settings → Integrations → Messengers.

If you are connecting a page from your Facebook account for the first time, click the "Set up connection with Facebook" button.

A new window will appear. Log in to the Facebook account from which the pages were created and grant the requested permissions.

If the page you want to connect does not appear, check if the checkbox next to the desired page is selected. To do this, click the "Change previous settings" button

In the window, select all the FB pages that you want to use for connecting to the platform http://Leeloo.ai

For subsequent connections of other pages from your current Facebook account, if they were previously selected, no need to establish a connection with Facebook again.

After successfully "Setting up the connection with Facebook," proceed to connect FB Messenger.

To do this, click the "New connection" button and select the FB Messenger icon.

Select the page from the list that you want to connect to the platform and click the "Join" button.

Upon successful connection, the messenger status will be "Enabled"

Done. After this, you can connect this communication channel in the LGT settings.

Create and connect the required number of pages following the same steps.

The following issues may occur during the connection process

Facebook Messenger icon not clickable:

Not logged into Facebook account:
Click the FB LOGIN button and log into your Facebook account. After that, the Facebook Messenger icon will become clickable.
Inactive icons of other messengers:
This means you don't have permission to manage communication channels. Ask the account administrator on the platform to add your role with the permission to edit traffic channels.
Can't find the desired page in the dropdown list:
Go to the settings section of the page you want to connect. Then, in the Messenger platform settings, find the "Linked Apps" section, select the connected platform http://Leeloo.ai , and remove it.
After removal, reconnect your page to the platform.

Facebook Messenger icon not showing:

You have an AdBlocker activated in your browser, which is blocking social media widgets. Disable this feature or temporarily turn off the AdBlocker on the page to make the icon visible.
