In the 0.61.1 release, we added a completely new report type in the http://Leeloo.ai Analytics section called “Sales Funnel”.

The main purpose of a sales funnel report is to identify the bottlenecks and obstacles that customers face during the buying process. This allows the business to focus on improving conversions and optimizing marketing and sales efforts.

Sales funnel by sales managers

Grouping sales funnel data by manager allows you to evaluate and compare the performance of different employees. This helps identify top sellers, as well as identify problem areas and ineffective practices that require adjustments or training.

This type of report can be configured with such important parameters as grouping by sales managers (there can be one manager or several), by sales plans (there can be one or several), selecting a reporting period, excluding certain transactions with a certain refusal status from the report.

To generate this report, you need to select the “Group by sales managers” option

Parameters that the report displays:

  • average time for transactions to remain in a separate status

  • average cycle of successful deals

  • average cycle of failed deals

  • the number of transactions in each individual status and the amount of money in these transactions
