Analytics

Monitor the performance of your company in the context of sales tunnels based on CAC, LTV, ROI indicators, add cost data to the system, generate reports, and evaluate work efficiency in the form of graphs in the Analytics section of the platform:

The Analytics section consists of 5 tabs:

  • Tunnels - contains complete analytics for tunnels;

  • Expenses - allows you to add expense data to the system;

  • Facebook - contains analytics on advertising companies on Facebook. You must synchronize with your FB marketing account to receive data;

  • Reports - allows you to get a report on sales plans, dialogues, or separately on a specific LGT or traffic source;

  • Messages - contains analytics on the number of messages sent to instant messengers.

Tunnel analytics

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales tunnels, lead generation tools, the traffic sources they own, and the company as a whole using the indicators in the tunnel analytics table. The Tunnels tab has 3 analytics display modes:

  1. Table is a tabular display in which you can select up to 21 performance indicators of your advertising company for the entire period or a certain period of time.

  2. Table and Graph - displays a summary graph showing “Subscriptions”, CAC, LTV and a table for 4 selected indicators (maximum).

  3. Graph – displays graphs based on the selected parameters.

In each type of display, you can display analytics both for all tunnels for the entire period of operation of the platform, and separately for a tunnel, LGT or traffic source for a specific time period. Analytics for deleted objects cannot be viewed.

Analytics table for a specific tunnel

Table structure

The first row of the table - Total - displays the sum of all data from all tunnels for the entire existence of the company. Even if you delete a tunnel, the statistics will not be subtracted from the Total:

Under “Total” there is a list of the company’s tunnels. If there is no data on a tunnel yet (for example, it has just been created), then such a tunnel is not displayed in the analytics table. After receiving data on the tunnel (minimum - clicking on the link to the LGT, which belongs to this tunnel), the tunnel, along with the indicators, will appear in the table within 1-2 minutes.

To see analytics on lead generation tools, click on the name of the tunnel. After this, a list of lead generation tools will open.

Before the name of the lead generation tool, its type is indicated (link, widget, etc.).

Statistics for a lead generation tool are generated from statistics of traffic sources that belong to it.

To open analytics by traffic sources, click on the name of the lead generation tool. Two groups of traffic sources will be displayed:

FB is a source of traffic that was generated by inserting a link to LGT into a Facebook ad.

LEELOO - traffic sources created manually in the lead generation tool designer + standard (Default traffic source), which is created automatically when creating a LGT.

To see statistics on traffic sources from the "LEELOO" group, click on its name. The standard and created traffic sources will be displayed:

Graph and table

With this display, the “Subscriptions” graphs and the “CAC & LTV” graph are displayed. By default, there is a display for the entire period of the company’s existence, as well as a Table containing up to 4 indicators to choose from. When you select a specific tunnel or LHT, the graphs and table will display the data for that tunnel. You can also add a comment, which will be saved and cannot be edited or deleted. This comment will be displayed at the nesting level at which you leave it. If you write it in the analytics for a specific tunnel, it will be visible when viewed in the analytics of this tunnel. If you write a comment while viewing analytics for a specific traffic source or traffic source, it will only be displayed when viewing analytics for this traffic source or traffic source

Graph

With this display, you can plot the resulting graphs for all tunnels or select specific tunnels for comparison.

After selecting all the parameters, click on the "Compare" button.

We see a graph with all the parameters we specified.

Performance indicators

The sales tunnel performance table contains 21 indicators. Depending on the stage of the client’s sales tunnel, data will be automatically added to the table. For example, when you go to a site with a widget, +1 will be added to Views. When you hover over the widget button (opening the widget), +1 will be added to Clicks, etc.

Their display in the table can be configured using the "Column Settings" button. Depending on the number of indicators you select, a table display will be generated.

Reach - following a link to a lidentul, a site with a widget, form or pop-up window:

All;

unique - only the first transition in the same browser is considered (provided that cookies have not been cleared).

Impressions - the number of hovers (on mobile devices - clicks) on a widget button, clicks on a pop-up window call button, opens of a link type, opens of a website with a form. Only the first hover (from a mobile device - click) on the widget button after loading the site is counted:

All;

unique - only the first hover (on mobile devices - click) in the same browser is considered (provided that cookies have not been cleared).

Subscriptions - the number of subscriptions through any messengers. Only the first subscription after loading the site is counted.

All;

unique - unique subscribers; If the same person is subscribed to several tunnels or to several LGTs within one tunnel through the same bot, then only 1 unique subscriber is counted. For example, 1 person subscribed to the tunnel = 1 unique. If the same person subscribed to 5 LGTs of a given tunnel = still 1 unique person, and in each LGT the indicator of 1 unique person was also added.

subscriber price - calculated using the formula: expense / unique subscribers;

conversion to subscription - calculated using the formula: unique subscribers / unique views (this indicator on the platform is called Reach) *100.

  • Orders - the number of orders generated (transitions to payment systems from offers):

  • total number of orders;

  • conversion to order - calculated by the formula: total number of orders / unique subscribers * 100.

  • Sales - number of successful sales:

  • total number of sales;

  • number of unique buyers;

  • conversion to purchase - calculated by the formula: total number of sales / unique subscribers * 100.

  • CAC is the cost of attracting one customer. Calculated using the formula: Expense / unique customers.

  • LTV is the total profit per client. Calculated using the formula: Gross income / unique customers.

  • ROI is an indicator of return on investment. Calculated using the formula: (Gross income - Expense) / Expense*100.

  • Wed. check - average purchase price. Calculated using the formula: Gross income / total sales.

  • Gross income is the amount of income from all purchases, including manually added income in the Accounting tab.

  • Expense - the sum of expenses from the FB advertising account and manually added expenses in the Accounting tab.

  • Net income is calculated using the formula: Gross income - Expense.

Facebook marketing account

If you have a marketing account from which you run an advertising campaign with traffic to lead generation tools, we recommend synchronizing with it. To do this, click on the button and select a marketing account. After synchronization, statistics on LHT will be added to the tunnel efficiency table, links to which are inserted into advertisements on Facebook. Synchronization will be carried out automatically once every 24 hours. You can manually update analytics data from FB without waiting for automatic synchronization by clicking on the same button.

In updating the platform to version 0.41.0, we added the ability to view Analytics for a specific Facebook page. To do this, go to the Analytics page, Facebook tab and click on the "Add FB user token" button.

You can copy this token when you go to the FB page connection page. To do this, open Settings - Messengers and click on the "Get FB token" button. After you select the FB page you need, you will have a field where you can copy the token and paste it into the Analytics settings on your account.

In order for synchronization of Leeloo with Fb marketing account to work correctly, you need to:

  1. synchronize your Facebook account from which you will “display” advertising

  2. Create advertising on the side of the advertising account

  1. 3. Create an LGT for this advertising campaign on the http://Leeloo.ai platform. One ad = one LGT. It is important!

4. Open the settings of your FB advertisements, which are located in the advertisement and in the “Site URL” field - indicate the link to LGT

and in the “URL parameters” field write: leeloo_sync_ad_id={{ad.id}}. If you have your UTM parameters written in this field, no problem, just add leeloo_sync_ad_id={{ad.id}} equally in your UTM. The order of placement does not matter.

5. After adding links, you need to return to the Analytics - facebook section on the http://Leeloo.ai platform and re-synchronize your advertising account

6. after that, click on “+” and expand the advertising account to see all the advertising campaigns that are in it. In the window that opens, find the field where you need to indicate LHT and select the LHT that was added to the advertisements

7. After this, you can launch an advertising campaign and in the Analytics - Tunnels section, selecting the tunnel you need and LGT you will see the “FB” tab where there will be statistics on your ads and you will be able to Analyze them.

If you have set up synchronization with the FB advertising account and in your advertisements you indicate your traffic sources, then the system can “grind” them with those that are formed by synchronizing http://Leeloo.ai with Facebook marketing account

Messages tab

The "Messages" tab contains analytics on the number of messages sent to instant messengers.

You can view the number of messages sent via messenger or communication channel for a selected period of time, today, week or month.
