To remove a subscriber from chats and the CRM platform and block the possibility of two-way communication with him through the platform until he is oversubscribed, the person can be archived. To do this, open the subscriber’s card (by clicking on his name) and click the “Archive” button:
After reloading the page, the chat with the subscriber will disappear from the Chats section. Also, the subscriber will disappear from the CRM platform and sales plans to which he belongs. He will no longer receive messages from the tunnels to which he was subscribed and automatic bot replies if he writes something.
The second way you can transfer a subscriber to the Archive is through the CRM section. Archiving through this section is suitable if you need to place several subscribers in the Archive, or archive all of them at once.
To do this, go to the CRM section, then check the checkboxes (1) next to those subscribers who need to be placed in the Archive. After that, select Bulk Actions on the right - Move to Archive (2), and then click on “Move to Archive”.
If you click on the checkbox next to “Created”, you can place all subscribers of one page (30 pcs). If you need to archive everyone at once, then check the checkbox next to “Created”, and then, on the right, select “Select all” and “Move to Archive”.
It is also possible to Set a time and use the Recommended archiving time. If you set a time, archiving will begin at the time you specified. If you leave the Recommended time, then sending to the Archive will begin at 3 am the next day.
Archive
After archiving, the subscriber appears in the Archive section of the platform. You can unzip subscriber data - return it back to CRM and platform chats or add it to the Black List. To do this, click on the Unarchive/Black List button next to his name. If you add a subscriber to the Black List, you will no longer be able to communicate with this person.
You can also remove subscribers from the Black List and they will return to the Archive and can be unarchived.
After unzipping, the subscriber returns to CRM and the chat with him returns to the Chats section of the platform. He will again start receiving automated bot responses if he writes something.
Black list
If you add a user to this section, he will no longer be active, will not be able to subscribe to your bot again and will not receive newsletters.
From the “black list” section you can return the person back to CRM or to the Archive section, for this there are 2 buttons under the inscription “actions”. It is impossible to carry out any mass actions in this section.
Subscribers who are in the Archive are not included in the limit of your tariff plan (package).
