1. Introduction

Definition

Dashboard (Administrative panel) is the main screen of the Leeloo.AI platform, which opens immediately after logging in. The Dashboard is used at the Analyze stage of the customer lifecycle. It is the central analytical surface: business sees here aggregated data from all platform modules as informational blocks, charts, and diagrams — lead-generation efficiency, order and sales dynamics, return on investment (ROI), marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, average order value), and the manager's task panel. The display period is configured in one click.

The Dashboard does not exist on its own — it works as a read-only consumer and interacts with data sources: LGT (views / subscriptions / clicks), Sales Tunnels, Offers, Orders & Sales, Client's Card (manager tasks and segment counters). The Dashboard itself never writes to the Client's Card — it only aggregates and visualizes data for the selected period.

B2B operator (sales manager, marketer, department head) opens the Dashboard after logging in and sees the key metrics in a single view. The display period switches with one click — today / week / month / year. The sales manager tracks «User leads» and «Tasks panel», the marketer — «LGT efficiency», «Top lead generators / offers / tunnels», and «Marketing parameters», the department head — «Orders and sales» + «ROI».

B2C client (subscriber) does not interact with the Dashboard directly — it is an internal tool for the B2B team. However, every client action — subscribing via LGT, going through a tunnel, purchasing an offer, clicking a button, reacting to a broadcast — becomes a data point that gets aggregated and displayed on the Dashboard as metrics and charts.

From the Client's Card, the Dashboard reads: the number of leads assigned to each manager across all sales plans, task statuses (overdue / today / done), and bulk segment counters (e.g., «leads without tasks»). The Dashboard is the only module in the platform that aggregates data from all other modules into a single overview.

After reading you will understand:

  • what the Dashboard is and what role it plays at the Analyze stage of the customer lifecycle;

  • which analytical widgets are available and which metrics they display;

  • how the display period and the «With deleted» filter are configured;

  • how to use the tasks panel for the manager's day-to-day operations;

  • from which platform modules the Dashboard reads data and in what form it displays them.

Purpose

The Dashboard is a read-only consumer and the single entry point into platform analytics. It removes the need to switch between LGT / Sales Tunnels / Offers / Orders & Sales / CRM modules to get a consolidated picture: everything lands on one screen and refreshes with one click. The specific function of the Dashboard is fixed — analytics for the Analyze stage of the customer lifecycle (cross-stage, always active).

Analyze — the manager opens the Dashboard in the morning and within 30 seconds sees the company's key metrics for the selected period: how many leads were generated and how they are distributed across managers, which LGTs / offers / tunnels are top by the selected metric, the dynamics of orders and sales, ROI and unit economics (CAC, LTV, average order value), and their own operational workload via the tasks panel. The job — close the analytical loop of the growth machine: immediately see which actions deliver results and make decisions without exports or switching between modules.

2. Dashboard overview

The Dashboard opens immediately after logging in to the Leeloo.AI platform. All widgets are divided into two semantic blocks: analytical widgets (display period, user leads, top blocks, LGT / orders / ROI / marketing parameters charts) and the operational block (manager's tasks panel). The display period applies to all analytical widgets simultaneously.

2.1. Display period

At the top of the panel, select the period for displaying statistics: today, the current week, month, or year. The «With deleted» checkbox determines whether data about deleted items (LGTs, tunnels, offers) is included in the charts.

2.2. User leads

The «User leads» block displays the number of leads assigned to each manager across all sales plans.

Click the down arrow to the right of «Leads» — the list sorts descending (most leads at the top). Click the up arrow — the list sorts ascending (fewest leads at the top).

2.3. Top lead generators, offers, tunnels

Three blocks display the top-5 elements with the highest metrics:

  • Top lead generators — statistics for lead generation tools (LGT).

  • Top offers — statistics for offers (Offers).

  • Top tunnels — statistics for sales tunnels (Sales Tunnels).

Each block has a dropdown to select the metric: views, clicks, orders, etc. In «Top LGT», the element type is shown before its name: link, widget, etc.

After selecting a metric, the statistics are shown as a pie chart. Hovering over a top-5 element shows its value in the centre of the chart, with full metric statistics displayed to the right.

2.4. LGT efficiency

The chart shows the dynamics of views, subscriptions, and clicks for all lead generation tools (LGT) over the selected period. Hovering over a point on the chart shows exact values for that specific time interval.

2.5. Orders and sales

The chart displays the dynamics of the company's orders and sales over the selected period. Hovering over a point shows the exact number of orders and sales for that time interval.

2.6. ROI

The chart displays the dynamics of the return on investment (ROI) over the selected period. If there are no expenses for the period — ROI will be 0 according to the formula: (Gross Income − Expense) / Expense × 100.

2.7. Marketing parameters

The chart shows the dynamics of three marketing metrics:

  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) — cost of acquiring one customer.

  • LTV (Lifetime Value) — total revenue generated from a customer.

  • Average order value — average amount of a single sale.

2.8. Tasks panel

The operational block of the Dashboard lets the manager track their own daily workload and avoid missing planned touchpoints with leads. The «Tasks» panel displays the status of tasks assigned to you — in client cards or deals within sales plans:

  • Overdue — all overdue tasks.

  • Today — tasks for the current day.

  • Done — tasks moved to «Done» status during the day (in the company's time zone).

  • Leads without tasks — all leads in all sales plans with no assigned tasks.

Note: to refresh any Dashboard widget, click the refresh icon in the top-right corner of the relevant block, or reload the browser page. The Dashboard is not push-real-time — data is pulled on demand.
