Transferring the user base between different Leeloo.ai platform accounts

It is possible to transfer the user base from one account to another platform account. This happens as follows: a bot is transferred from one account to another platform account with users. To do this, you need to disable the bot on the account from which you plan to transfer and connect the same bot on the account where you plan to transfer the user base, simultaneously importing a file with a list of users.
To do this, first you need to write to the platform’s technical support and clarify from which account to which platform account you plan to transfer users. By specifying the email account data.
After agreeing with technical support, you need to do the following:
Filter the database by bot, using the “By communication channel” filter, in this filter you need to select one bot that needs to be transferred users. You take the desired bot and click on the “filter” button in the upper right corner of the panel.
2. Afterwards, export previously filtered users in the CRM section through mass actions.
Please note that you need to set the import time to the current time.
3. Edit file downloaded file with database
This file must be exactly as in the example with the names name, social_id, email, phone. If the database does not contain numbers and telephone numbers, these columns should have empty fields, without dashes or other symbols.
4. Stop the bot on your account in the settings.
5. Connect the bot to the account to which you will transfer users.
6.Import a previously edited file into another account. Along the way, you need to select the previously transferred bot, also select the tunnel and lgt where users will be subscribed.
