The filter panel is a tool designed to filter subscribers on the Leeloo.AI platform. The panel allows filtering by various selected parameters: name, tunnel, lead generation tool, phone number, etc.
It is available on all pages that display a list of subscribers: in Chats, Audience, CRM (Sales Plans), and when selecting an audience segment in Smart Mailing. The filter panel is also present in the "Orders and Sales" section. The panel is located at the top of the window and, in most cases, appears as shown in the image below:
By default, only basic filters are visible. To expand the panel and access all available filters, click the “More” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

How to use Filter Subscribers in Leeloo.AI?
To filter subscribers, set the desired filtering parameters (tag, tunnel, etc.), and click the “Filter” button.
The “Clear” button resets all filtering parameters in the filter panel.
Clicking the “More” button will open a side filter panel. In the dropdown list, select the elements by which you want to filter subscribers:
Filtering by Logical AND/OR
When using multiple filters, the "Logical AND" principle is applied by default. Each filter represents a specific condition for collecting results. The results will only include items that meet all the specified filters. If at least one filter condition is not met, the item will not appear in the results.
To display a list of subscribers that match at least one of the specified filters instead of all, you need to change the filtering principle to "Logical OR".
Use the “Match All” toggle switch to change the filtering principle:
After That, Apply Filtering Considering the Changed Filtering Principle
Example:
If the “Match All” function is turned off, the system will select subscribers who are either subscribed to the tunnel (by Tunnel) "test" or those who placed an order (by Order) "10 test".
This list will include both subscribers who meet all selected conditions and those who meet at least one condition.
If the “Match All” function is turned on (default), the system will only select subscribers who are subscribed to the tunnel "test" and have placed the order "10 test", meaning those who meet both conditions.
Inverting the Filter (Reverse Filter)
To invert the selected filter, click the "Invert" button in the chosen filter parameter.
For example, if you select one sales tunnel, click the "Invert" button, and apply the filter, the result will show subscribers from all tunnels except the specified one.
