Email template builder

Email template builder

The platform has an email feature. To make it convenient, we created a user-friendly layout and email template builder.

The builder is located in the "Library → Email Layouts" section:

In this section, you can either create a layout or import an existing one:

Layout Import

If you already have ready-made solutions in the form of email layouts, you can import them to the platform to create future email campaigns.

  1. Layout Name – A field to enter the name of your email layout. It helps organize and quickly find the necessary layout among others.

  2. Email Subject – A field to enter the subject of the email, which will be displayed to the recipient in their mail client.

  3. Add Files from Device – A function for uploading files that will be used in the email layout (e.g., images, documents).

Variables in Email Messages

In emails, you can define values that may change, i.e., set variables.

To do this, you need to:

  1. In the body of the email, write the variable you want to set.

  1. In the "Variables" field when saving or by clicking "Find Variables", the system will automatically extract values from the text.

  1. In the "Default Value" field, specify the value that will be substituted for the variable.

If you need to change this value, you do not need to modify the template — just change the default variable value.

As for default variables like {name} and others, you can simply add them to the message body.
