The platform has the ability to work with e-mail. Especially for this, we have created a convenient designer of letter layouts and templates.

The designer is located in the "Library" section (1), subsection "Email Layouts" (2):

In this section you can either create a layout or import a ready-made one:

Importing a Template

If you already have ready-made solutions in the form of email layouts, then you can import them into the platform to create future newsletters.

Creating an email layout

1. HTML
   Button
   Image
   Delimiter
   Text
   Columns
   Content customization
   Setting up blocks
   Setting the text
   Move to the next step of layout settings
   At the bottom of this page you can preview your layout, both through the “PC” button and through the “Mobile device” button:

1. Layout name
   Subject for email
   Changing the Variable Format
   Preview of the finished layout
   Saving a Layout
   Return to list of layouts
   Return to editing layout
   After successfully creating and saving the email layout, you will be able to see it in the “Library” section:

Variables in emails

In letters you can set values that can change, that is, set variables. To do this, you need:

1. in the body of the letter write down the variable you want to set

2. in the "variables" field when saving or when clicking "find variables" the values from the text are pulled up
   In the "standard value" field you indicate the value that will be substituted for the variable.
   Then, if you need to change this value, you do not change the template, but simply change the default value of the variable.

As for default variables like {name} and others, you can simply add them to the body of the message.
