1. Introduction

Definition

«Accounting» is a section of the Leeloo.AI platform (accessible via «Settings» → «Company» → «Accounting»), which gathers all billing and financial information for the company account: the tariff plan and limits, the expense schedule, company history, balance transactions and linked cards. This section belongs to the Analyze lifecycle stage — it does not create communications or manage customers, but gives the owner a transparent picture of what running the platform costs and whether the tariff resources are sufficient.

«Accounting» is a read-only consumer in the platform architecture: it only reads and aggregates data produced by other modules. It reads the actual resource consumption (subscribers, users, tunnels, LGT) from the platform core, compares it against the tariff limits and converts overages into cost. It is part of the Cross-cutting layer that links billing to all working modules.

The B2B operator (the business owner, an administrator or a financially responsible employee) works with the section through the settings interface: checks the tariff limits and the prices for expanding them, tracks the expense schedule, freezes the company when needed, reviews the history of payments and balance transactions, and links cards for automatic payment.

The B2C customer (a subscriber) does not interact with the «Accounting» section directly — they see neither tariffs, nor the balance, nor the company cards. However, every action they take is indirectly reflected here: a new subscriber increases the limit usage counter and therefore affects the expenses and possible overages that the operator sees in this section.

The «Accounting» section writes nothing to the Client's Card — it operates at the company account level rather than the individual customer level. No data flows from billing into the customer card; the relationship is reversed — the total number of customer cards and their activity form the resource consumption that «Accounting» converts into cost.

After reviewing this guide you will understand

  • what the «Accounting» section is and what role it plays in financial control over the account;

  • how to read the tariff plan limits and the prices for expanding them in the «Rates» subsection;

  • how to track platform expenses through the «Expense schedule» and freeze the company when needed;

  • where to find the history of payments and balance transactions;

  • how to link a payment method in the «Company cards» subsection.

Purpose

The «Accounting» section is the financial dashboard of the account: a single point where the owner sees how many resources the company consumes, how much it costs and whether the current tariff is enough. Its unique value is that the scattered consumption of all modules is brought together into clear figures and charts without manual bookkeeping. The specific function of the section relates to one stage of the customer lifecycle.

Analyze — the section aggregates actual resource usage and matches it against the tariff limits and prices: the operator sees the expense schedule, the history of transactions and the current balance, can assess overages and decide on a tariff upgrade, freezing the company or linking a card. The job — to give the owner full financial control over the account and predictability of platform costs.

2. Overview of the «Accounting» section

The section is opened via «Settings» → «Company» → «Accounting». The available subscriber information shows the current number of subscribers on the platform, the free number according to the purchased package and the maximum number. Similar information is provided for users, tunnels and lead generation tools (LGT). The section consists of five subsections.

2.1. Rates

In the «Rates» subsection you can find the usage limits of your tariff plan, as well as the expense schedule.

Also in this subsection you can review the prices for increasing the limits of your tariff plan.

Note that the price in the table is per unit: per 1 subscriber, per 1 tunnel, LGT and any other type of service.

2.2. Expense schedule

In this subsection you can see a chart of your platform expenses.

Also in this subsection, at the bottom of the page, you can freeze the service in case you are not actively attracting traffic to social networks for a certain period of time.

The company can be frozen.

Contact support for information about the benefits and limitations of freezing a company.

2.3. Company history

In this subsection you can see the history of your payments, service stops and other operations related to the company on the Leeloo.AI platform.

2.4. Balance transactions

Account balance transactions are displayed here.

2.5. Company cards

In this subsection you can link a payment method for charging for platform services.
