You can set an automatic reply that will be sent to the user in the messenger if he comments on a post on your public Facebook page. If he responds to an automatic response, then he can be subscribed to a specific tunnel and end up in the CRM platform.

How to add a reply to a Facebook comment?
To set up an automatic reply and tunnel subscription when commenting on a Facebook page post, do the following:
In the AI Support section, hover your mouse over the Automate Replies tab, and select Facebook Comment Replies :
In the tab that opens, click the " Add Facebook post" button :
Select a Facebook page from the list of those connected to the platform:
You will see a list of publications on the selected page, including information about the date they were created. Select a publication from the list, when commenting on which an automatic reply will be sent (1), or paste the publication's address into the field (2), and click the " Select" button (3).
Enter a post title (1). By default, it will match the text of the post, so shorten it. Enter a response to the comment (2):
A group of replies appears within the selected post. This group contains the default message that will be sent when you comment on a post. You can change the message text (1). In field (2), start entering a name, and select a lead generation tool ( instructions for creating an LGT type fb-comments ), through which the client will be automatically subscribed if he responds to the message from field (1). You can create a new LGT of the Facebook-comments type by clicking on the corresponding button (3) and then selecting it.
How it works?
To see how this works in our example, comment on this post https://www.facebook.com/1669554793127866/posts/1696308510452494 .
To test whether automatic replies to a comment on your post work, comment on the post for which you created an automatic reply as another user (not on behalf of a public page!). You will receive a message in the messenger that you indicated in field (1) from the screenshot above:
Reply to this message. You will appear in the CRM platform and will be subscribed to the tunnel to which the LGT leads, which you selected in field (2) of the sixth step.
Different answers, depending on the text of the comment.
You can add multiple messages that will be sent in response to a comment on a post, depending on the keywords that are in the comment text. To do this, create a new group by clicking on the " Create Group" button :
A new empty response group will appear under the Default response group. You can give this group a name (1). In field (2), enter a list of keywords that, when found in a comment on a post, will send a message from field (3). After entering the keywords, press the Enter button. In field (3), enter a response message to the comment. In field (4), select a lead generation tool through which you will subscribe to the tunnel, or create a new one (5):
If one of the greeting words is found in the comment to the publication, for example, “ hello” , “ hello” or “ good afternoon” ", then the message " hello" will be sent to the commentator in the messenger , which is entered in field (3). If the commentator writes a message in response, a subscription will occur to the tunnel to which the LGT leads, selected in field (4) or created in field (5). If you do not select LGT, the commentator will be subscribed to the tunnel by default.
If a keyword from a created group is detected in a comment, then the message from the “default messages” group will no longer be sent.
The Default response group can be deactivated by clicking on the switch (1). Then messages will be sent only from created groups when a keyword is detected in a comment.
The created group can be deleted (2). You can also completely delete all replies to comments for a specific post by clicking on the “Remove facebook post” button (3):
Adding a reply message to another Facebook post is similar. Go to step (1) and follow the instructions.
