Different responses depending on the text of the comment
1. How to add a response to a Facebook comment?
To set up an automatic response or subscription to a tunnel when commenting on a Facebook page post, follow these steps:
Add your Facebook business page to the platform in the Settings/Integrations/Messengers section. You can find more detailed instructions on how to connect it.
In the "AI Support" section, hover your mouse over the "Automation Responses" tab and select "Facebook Comment Responses"
In the opened tab, click the “+” button in the "Facebook posts" section
Select the Facebook page from the list of those connected to the platform
You will see a list of posts from the selected page, including the creation date of each post
Integrations
Select the type of post for which you will configure the automatic response
Choose a post from the list, and an automatic response will be sent when it is commented on, or paste the post's URL into the field and click "Select"
Enter the post title (1). By default, it will match the text of the post, which usually exceeds the character limit of this field, so shorten it. Enter the response to the comment (2). After that, click the "Submit" button
A response group will appear within the selected post. This group contains the message that will be sent by default when the post is commented on. You can modify the text of the message (1). If you need to subscribe the user to a tunnel, you can enter the LGT name, select the smart response type, and choose the lead generation tool through which the client will be automatically subscribed if they respond to the message in field (1)
You can also enable your AI assistant to automatically respond to comments
2. How it works?
To test the automatic responses to a comment on your post, comment on the post for which you created the automatic reply as a different user (not from the public page!). You will receive a message in your messenger that you specified in field (1) from the screenshot above
Reply to this message. You will appear in the CRM platform and will be subscribed to the tunnel that is linked to the LGT you selected in field (2)
3. Different responses depending on the text of the comment
You can add multiple messages that will be sent in response to a comment on the post, depending on the keywords in the comment text. To do this, create a new group by clicking the "Add new group" button
Under the default response group, a new empty response group will appear. You can give this group a name (1). In field (2), enter a list of keywords that, when found in a comment on the post, will trigger a response from field (3). After entering the keywords, press the Enter key. In field (3), enter the response message to the comment. In field (4), select the lead generation tool through which the subscription to the tunnel will occur
If one of the greeting words is found in a comment on the post, such as "hello," "hi," or "good afternoon," the message "hello" entered in field (3) will be sent to the commenter via messenger. If the commenter replies to the message, they will be subscribed to the tunnel linked to the lead generation tool (LGT) selected in field (4). If no LGT is selected, the commenter will be subscribed to the default tunnel
If a keyword from the created group is found in the comment, the message from the "default messages" group will no longer be sent
The default response group can be deactivated by clicking the switch (1). In this case, messages will only be sent from the created groups when a keyword is found in the comment.
The created group can be deleted (2). You can also remove all comment responses for a specific post by clicking the "Remove Facebook post" button (3)
Adding a response-message for another Facebook post is similar. Go to step (1) and follow the instructions
