When a subscriber comments on a fan page post on Facebook, he can be subscribed to the tunnel. Accordingly, it will end up in the platform’s CRM and you will be able to continue dialogue with it.

Creating this type of LHT is quite simple:

1. Select the tunnel to be subscribed to

2. In the platform section Lead Generation Tools, select the appropriate type of LHT - FB Comments

3. Click the button to add a new LGT type FB Comments

4. Give the name LHT

5. Select the tunnel block from which messages will be sent

6. Select the Pre-subscription checkbox if you want to prohibit repeated subscriptions for the same LGT.

7. Click the Save button.
