Transferring the user base between different Leeloo.ai platform accounts

There is a possibility to transfer a user database from one account to another within the platform.
This process is carried out as follows: the bot is transferred from one account to another along with the users. To do this, you need to disable the bot on the account from which the transfer is planned and connect the same bot to the account where the user database is to be transferred, while simultaneously importing a file with the user list.
To proceed with the transfer, you must first contact the platform's technical support and specify from which account to which account the user transfer is planned. Also, confirm the email addresses of these accounts.
Go to the "Audience" section.
Open "+ More".
Apply a filter to the database by bot using the "By Communication Channel" filter. In this filter, select the bot whose users need to be transferred. Select the required bot and click the "Apply" button in the top right corner of the panel.
After that, export the previously filtered users “By Communication Channel” via Mass Actions > Export.
Please note that the export time must be set to the current time, otherwise, it will be scheduled for nighttime by default (02:00).
Edit the downloaded database file to match the example format.
This file must exactly match the example with the column names: name, social_id, email, phone. If the database does not contain emails and phone numbers, these columns should remain empty without dashes or other symbols.
Connect the bot to the account to which you are transferring users.

Perform Mass Actions > Import using the previously edited file on the other account. At the same time, select the previously transferred bot, as well as the tunnel and LGT where the users will be subscribed.
