«Chats» tab

The main screen displays a list of chats with subscribers. At the top — a search field and chat categories (Important, All, Unread, Dialogues). Below — the list of active chats, each showing an avatar, client name, last message, and timestamp. Tapping a chat opens the conversation with the subscriber.

Chat with a client

In conversation mode, all main actions are available: viewing message history, sending text, voice messages, files, and images. At the bottom — the input panel with attachment, emoji, and voice recording buttons. At the top — the client's name, communication channel, and a back button to return to the chat list.

Customer card (swipe left)

Swiping left in the conversation view opens the customer card adapted for the mobile screen. It contains: the subscriber's main details (name, phone, email), tags, communication channel info, action logs, and quick action buttons. This lets you check the customer's context quickly without switching to the desktop version.
