To add communication channels with your clients, go to: Settings → Integrations → Messengers:
Connecting messenger communication channels
You can connect communication channels of the following messengers to the platform:
Click on the name of the messenger to open connection instructions.
Also, on a par with instant messengers, it is possible to add integration with the email newsletter services Mandrill and Sendgrid, and it is possible to connect the Twilio sms newsletter service.
Connecting one communication channel to several companies/platforms
The same communication channel can only be connected to one company/platform at a time; otherwise, correct operation cannot be guaranteed: messages may not arrive from the platform, and vice versa, to one of the platform accounts.
Loss of connection to the communication channel
While working with communication channels, connection problems may arise. As a rule, the need to update the connection is a limitation imposed by messenger developers. Therefore, some messenger channels may experience similar difficulties more often than others.
When one of your channels loses connection, our platform will notify you via email: a letter will be sent to the mailbox to which the company is registered. You will also see a red indicator opposite the “Settings” section, indicating that one or more channels cannot connect to instant messengers:
When you go to Settings → Communication channels, you will see which messenger bots the connection was lost with:
Deleting a communication channel
If your communication channel has 0 subscribers, then you can delete it; to do this, click on the three dots on your bot, then on the “Delete” button.
Filter by status
Filter by status allows you to exclude stopped messengers from the list for visual convenience
