To remove a subscriber from chats and the CRM platform and block the possibility of two-way communication with them until they resubscribe, you can archive the user.
Moving to Archive via Client Card
Open the subscriber's card (by clicking on their name) and select “Detailed Information → … → Add to Archive”.
After refreshing the page, the chat with the subscriber will disappear from the Chats section. The subscriber will also be removed from the CRM platform and sales plans they belonged to.They will no longer receive messages from the tunnels they were subscribed to or automated bot responses if they send a message.
Moving to Archive via Bulk Actions
The second way to move a subscriber to the Archive is through the Audience section. Archiving through this section is suitable if you need to archive multiple subscribers or all at once.

Archive
After archiving, the subscriber appears in the platform's Archive section. You can unarchive the subscriber to return them to the CRM and platform chats or add them to the Blacklist. Click the Unarchive/Blacklist button next to their name to do s
If you add a subscriber to the Blacklist, communication with them will no longer be possible.
You can also remove subscribers from the Blacklist, returning them to the Archive where they can be unarchived again.
After unarchiving, the subscriber returns to the CRM, and their chat reappears in the Chats section. Automated bot responses will resume if the subscriber sends a message.
Blacklist
If you add a user to this section:
They become inactive.
They will no longer be able to subscribe to your bot.
They will not receive any newsletters.
In the Blacklist section, you can return a subscriber back to CRM or to the Archive using the two buttons under the Actions section.
Subscribers in the Archive do not count towards your subscription plan limits.
