Client Statuses

Client Statuses

The client status is displayed in the User Card. In some cases, the status may be changed there.

The available client statuses are: Active, Stopped, Unsubscribed, Stopped by User, Connection Lost.

Description of Client Statuses

Active. The default status, indicating that the client is correctly connected to the system. The indicator color is green.

Stopped. The client has been unsubscribed by a company employee. In this status, the client will no longer receive messages from all subscribed tunnels and automated messages. It can be changed back to Active. The indicator color is orange.

Unsubscribed. This means the messenger has blocked the bot from sending messages to the client, or the client has added the bot to the blacklist. The indicator color is gray.

Stopped by User. This status indicates that the client personally unsubscribed. To unsubscribe from the bot, they need to send the command /unsubscribe in the chat with the bot. To subscribe again, they need to send the command /subscribe. The indicator color is red.

Connection Lost. This status is assigned to clients who were subscribed to a channel (bot) that was deleted from the system. The indicator color is gray, the same as for the Unsubscribed status.

All statuses except Active prevent messages from being sent to the client.

Bot Messages

If you need to disable automatic responses (Smart Replies and FAQ) while a manager is communicating with the client, click the "Bot Messages" button. By default, automatic responses are enabled for the client, so the "Bot Enabled" mode will be active.

After disabling bot messages, the bot’s status will change from "Active" to "Stopped in this chat."
