Manual users

Manual Users are special system users that are automatically created to record certain actions on the platform, such as payments and webinar attendance.

You will not be able to contact this subscriber, as they will be inactive. Let’s take a closer look at who they are and how they appear.

Manual Users for Payments:

How they appear: Payment for an offer via a link and/or selecting "This is not me" during payment (as shown in the screenshot below):

How to prevent it: Allow the subscriber to access the offer not via a link but through a "Buy" button so that the payment information is correctly displayed in the client’s card, the set conditions are met, and a manual user is not created.

Manual Users for Webinars:

How they appear: The platform searches for a client by leeloo id first, then by email, and only then by phone number. If no client is found based on these parameters, a manual user is created, and the webinar information is assigned to them.

How to prevent it: Implement the process so that the client accesses the webinar platform from http://Leeloo.Ai while already having their personal leeloo id. To ensure this, the transition should be made via a "Link" button.

To display complete, organized information and ensure correct operation of conditions, we recommend avoiding the creation of manual users on the platform.
