In the platform, under the "Sales Tunnels" section, there is always a Default tunnel. You have the ability to communicate with these subscribers, track them in the "Audience" section, and interact within the platform's functionality.
The Default tunnel usually receives subscribers who reach out to us directly: direct messages in Instagram, Facebook, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels. All users who do NOT sign up through lead generation tools will automatically be subscribed to it.
In the Default tunnel, you can add message blocks that subscribers will receive. Subscribers from this tunnel can be redirected to other tunnels by adding lead generation tool links or Subscribe Buttons in the tunnel's messages, or by using the "Start" function in the "Action" block. The default tunnel will be highlighted in gray among other tunnels, and it cannot be renamed. It is a full-fledged tunnel, except for the ability to create lead generation tools.
The Default tunnel cannot have LGT
The Default tunnel is not subject to deletion
The Default tunnel is not counted in the number of paid tunnels in your package
Subscribers from other tunnels or the "Audience" section cannot be redirected or subscribed in the Default tunnel
