1. Introduction

Definition

An Offer is a tool of the Leeloo.AI platform that enables purchases directly through the platform. It is a container for price, currency, payment systems, and a set of actions tied to order statuses. The offer is the central object of the Conversion (Convert) stage of the customer lifecycle and simultaneously the main data source for the Analysis (Analyze): every customer action (order, purchase) is recorded as a data point in Analytics and in the “Orders and Sales” section.

Offers reside in the Sales Funnels → Offers section since they are an integral part of sales funnels. Customer actions with offers are recorded as statistics in Analytics and as order lists in Orders and Sales. Orders are also transferred to the client card (provided the client made the order via a “Buy” button in a message, not via a direct offer link).

The B2B operator (owner/manager of the Leeloo.AI account) creates an offer in the offer builder: sets the name, price, currency, payment system, description, image, and custom fields. Connects additional options (recurring, partial payments, hiding data form, simplified flow). Links tunnel actions (subscribe/unsubscribe from block, creating SMS/Email/WhatsApp channel, sending to Analytics) to offer statuses (Order / Transaction Failed / Successful Payment).

The B2C client sees the offer as a purchase page: clicks the “Buy” button from the messenger message, fills in email/phone (or they are auto-filled), selects a payment system, and pays. With the one-click payment feature enabled, the client goes straight to the payment system checkout, bypassing intermediate forms.

The Client's Card records: each order with its status (New / Processing / Successful Payment / Transaction Failed / Declined / Completed), amount and currency, linked card (separately by payment systems), referral channel, and custom form fields. These data are available for filtering in Audience, CRM, for launching branches in Sales Tunnels, and for building dashboards in Analytics.

After reading, you will understand:

  • what an offer is and why it is needed in a sales funnel;

  • how to create a category and offer, mandatory and optional offer settings;

  • how to set up simplified one-click payment (Simplify payment flow, Hide offer description, Hide user details form);

  • what actions can be linked to offer statuses and how this relates to sales funnels;

  • how the client sees the offer: order placement, payment, confirmation, thank you page, failed payment;

  • how one-click one-time payment works and its limitations;

  • how to bulk edit offers via import/export.

Purpose

The offer is the main revenue driver in Leeloo.AI. Any sale on the platform goes through an offer, and the quality of its settings directly affects conversion.

Conversion (Convert) is the main stage of the offer. The offer converts an interested subscriber into a buyer: displays the product, collects data, processes payment, records the order. Additional options (simplified flow, one-click payment, allowing currency change) minimize funnel steps and maximize successful transactions. The goal is to guide the subscriber from clicking “Buy” to the “Successful Payment” status with minimal losses.

Analysis (Analyze) is the stage where every client action with the offer (order created, transaction failed, paid) is recorded in Analytics and Orders and Sales. This data provides conversion rates for the offer, average check, reasons for refusals, payment system and channel effectiveness. The goal is to get a complete picture of profitability for each offer and make decisions about funnel restructuring and pricing.

2. Offer Overview

Offers are created and stored in the Offers subsection of the Sales Funnels. Each offer is placed inside a category — a group of offers with a common purpose (e.g., “Courses”, “Upsells”, “Test”).

2.1. Offers Tab

  1. Go to the Offers subsection.

  2. Click the “+ Category” button to create a category to which you will later add offers.

  3. The “Actions” button opens the actions menu for the category. Note that you can deactivate all offers in the category at once.

  4. “Category Name” is editable; an internal number is created simultaneously.

  5. Search allows searching by category or specific offer.

  6. The “Offer” button navigates to offers inside the category.

Users of the Leeloo.AI platform also have the ability to export, import, copy, delete, deactivate, and activate entire categories through the “Actions” menu.

2.2. Offer Builder

To create an offer, go to a category and click the “+Offer” button in the top right corner. The builder will open.

  1. “Offer Name” — internal identifier of the offer, visible only in the dashboard. Displayed in the list when selecting an offer for the “Buy” button, in funnel filters, and in order information in the “Orders and Sales” section.

  2. “Offer Settings” — basic parameters: price, currency, payment systems.

  3. “Additional Offer Settings” — described in detail in section 2.4 below.

  4. “Recurring Offer Settings” — subscription mode with automatic billing. See “Recurring Payments”.

  5. “Personalized Order Status Messages” — separate message texts for a specific offer.

  6. “Custom Fields” — additional fields that the client fills in on the payment page; values are recorded in the client card.

  7. “Actions” — settings for actions performed when the offer changes status: Order / Transaction Failed / Successful Payment: subscribe/unsubscribe from a block in the funnel, create SMS/Email/WhatsApp account.

  8. “Offer Analytics” — connecting FB Pixel or Google Analytics events.

  9. “Save” — saves changes. On first save, generates a unique offer number and link.

  10. Order Button — preview of how the offer looks on first visit.

  11. Payment Button — preview of the personal data entry stage.

  12. Variables — adding pre-created variables and client data into the offer text.

On the right side of the builder, the offer is displayed as the client will see it. Clicking “Order” shows the initial visit page. The “Payment” button shows the personal data entry point.

2.3. One-Click Payment (Simplify payment flow)

The “one-click payment” function allows the client to buy a product instantly: after clicking “Pay”, they are immediately redirected to the payment system checkout page, bypassing intermediate Leeloo.ai forms.

Step 1.

The simplified flow works only for offers where: only one payment system is selected (PayPal, Stripe, WayForPay (W4P), Payme, or Manual); no custom fields to fill; no multiple currency selection by the user.

Step 3.

Check the boxes to minimize the client’s path:

  • Simplify payment flow — check to enable instant transition to payment.

  • Hide offer description (toggle) — enable to skip the product description page.

  • Hide user details form (toggle) — enable to hide contact input form (name, email, phone). The system automatically records this data in the client card in CRM based on info entered on the bank’s payment page (checkout).

Step 4.

2.4. Additional Settings

  1. “Time to pay for order” — allotted time for payment. Default is 30 days (to allow full payment with the “Allow partial payments” feature enabled). If the order does not reach “Completed” status within this time, it moves to “Declined”.

  2. “Simplify payment flow” — main switch for simplified payment path.

  3. “Hide offer description” — hides the detailed offer description block.

  4. “Hide user details form” — hides contact information collection fields.

  5. “Multiple sale” — allows the buyer to purchase multiple units at once; cost depends on quantity.

  6. “Limited quantity” — sets the maximum quantity available for purchase.

  7. “Redirect to thank you page” — custom URL after successful payment. Default is the standard Leeloo thank you page.

  8. “Include commission in price” — passes the payment system commission to the buyer. Commission size is adjusted in Settings → Payments in Leeloo.ai.

  9. “Allow changing payment currency” — buyer selects desired currency from those available in the payment system.

  10. “Allow partial payments” — payment of the offer in multiple transactions.

2.5. Actions

Actions are linked to each offer status and are performed automatically when an order changes to that status:

  1. Order — order created (after entering required data Name, Email, Phone). Visible in “Orders and Sales” and in the client card.

  2. Transaction Failed — offer payment was unsuccessful.

  3. Successful Payment — client successfully paid for the offer.

  4. Subscribe to a tunnel — select funnel and block to start content branch when offer changes to a certain status.

  5. Unsubscribe from a tunnel — select funnel and block to stop content branch when offer changes to a certain status.

  6. Create SMS/Email account — creates SMS/Email communication channel in the lead’s client card for further mailing.

  7. Create WhatsApp account — creates WhatsApp communication channel in the lead.

2.6. Offer Formation

After filling in data and clicking “Save” in the offer builder, the following are formed:

  1. Offer number (SKU) — for “Orders and Sales” and filters.

  2. Offer link — for sending to clients outside the platform.

  3. Offer image — can be uploaded or linked.

  4. Offer title.

  5. Offer description.

  6. Offer price.

  7. Payment currency.

  8. Payment systems.

  9. Privacy policy.

  10. “Agree to all policies” checkbox (if checked, enabled by default for all users).

  11. Offer language selection field.

  12. “Notify on failed payment” checkbox.

Purchasing via direct offer link may lead to inability or incorrect identification of the buyer and recording order info in the client card. It is recommended to present offers to subscribers via “Buy” buttons in messages.

2.7. Order Placement

If the offer was opened via direct link, the client clicks “Place Order” and selects the messenger account through which they previously subscribed to the company’s funnels.

After selecting the account (or if the offer was opened via the “Buy” button in a message), the client enters email and phone. If previously provided during subscription, fields are auto-filled. Then they click “Pay.”

After clicking, the order is created, and its information appears in the “Orders and Sales” section.

2.8. Payment, Confirmation, Result

The buyer is redirected to the payment page, which varies depending on the payment system. For example — WayForPay:

In this form, the buyer selects payment method: ApplePay, GooglePay, or manual card data entry. Then comes the confirmation page (3D Secure), followed by the processing wait page:

Upon successful payment, the client will see the standard thank you page within 0–10 minutes (unless another page is specified in the offer settings).

If paying via WayForPay, the wait page needs to be refreshed to see the result.

If payment fails, the client will see the “Failed Payment” page.

2.9. One-Click Payment (Repeat Purchases)

If the one-click payment feature is enabled in the payment system settings (technical capability must be confirmed with the payment system), after the first payment, card data is stored in the system. For repeat payments of the offer, data entry is not required (CVV2 entry is required for Yandex.Money payments).

Cards are stored separately for each payment system. If the client wants to unlink a card, they should send the command /my_info and delete it in the dashboard.

2.10. Import and Export of Offers

Export downloads the list of offers with detailed information into an .xlsx file. Import uploads the file back to the platform.

Used for mass data replacement (price, currency, name, payment system, etc.). On export, offers are downloaded with a unique Offer ID. If Offer ID is not specified during import, new offers are created. Image links must be direct (ending with .jpg or .png).

When using tags in the offer name, messages with the “offer name” variable do not arrive in Telegram. In Facebook and Viber, they arrive correctly.
