The Library is a section of the platform where you can store, export, import, and share sales funnel templates with other platform users.

Templates can be either public or private. Public templates are visible to all platform users, while private templates are accessible only to users within your company and those granted access through a secret key (explained below).

Let's create a new template based on an existing sales funnel in your company.

To do this, click the "+ New Template" button in the top left corner of the Library section:

Step 1. In the first step, we set the basic template settings:

1. If creating a new template, leave this field blank. If updating an existing template, select a specific one.

2. Provide a name for the new template.

3. Select a sales funnel from your company as the basis for the template. This field is mandatory, while others are optional.

4. Choose a template category.

5. Upload a template logo.

6. Add a brief description of the template.

7. Add a link to a mind map on Realtimeboard (Miro) or another service.

8. Add a link to a video explaining how to adapt the template (instructions for customization and an explanation of why certain blocks are placed in specific locations and contain particular content).

9. Click the "Next" button to proceed to the next step:

Step 2. In this step, specify which additional elements to include in the template besides the sales funnel itself (lead generation tools, traffic sources, sales plans, smart replies).

Note that all elements included in the funnel (offers and message templates) will be automatically added as well. Also, provide a more detailed description of the template. You can use a text editor for this. Afterward, click "Next":

Step 3. Review the entered data for accuracy. If any errors are found, click "Previous" to go back and correct them. If everything is correct, click "Build Connections."

Step 4. Receive the Secret Key (1) and the Template Content Table (2):

The Secret Key allows you to share your template with another platform user by providing them with the key.

The Template Content Table displays all elements included in the template: funnels, blocks, lead generation tools, offers, etc.

Note: The template can contain multiple funnels if the funnel used as the basis (selected in Step 1) has connections to other funnels via subscription buttons or Start/Stop functions. In this case, all content from the connected funnels will be added to the template.

Click "Share" to add the template to the library. After this, the template will appear in the library list.

Library Features:

1. Insert Secret Key Button — used to access private templates. Clicking this button displays a field where you can enter the secret key and then click "Add." The template will then appear in the list.

2. Template Search Field — search by template name or unique number.

3. Unique Template Number — each template has a distinct identifier.

4. Template Owner Indicator — an icon signifies that the template was uploaded by your company.

5. Copy Secret Key Button — used to share the template with other users. They can unlock your template by pasting the key into the input field and clicking "Add."

6. Details — opens the "Statistics" panel (8).

7. Import Template — adds the template content (funnel, LGT, etc.) to your company account on the platform.

8. Template Funnel Statistics — analyze the success of a funnel. Clicking an empty area of the template opens both the detailed template description and statistics.

9. Edit Template — available only for templates created by your company.

10. Delete Template — available only for templates created by your company.

11. Funnel Layout (Mind Map) — built on Realtimeboard (Miro) or another mind map service.

12. Video Presentation — a video format presentation of the funnel.
