This guide will help you in the following cases:
If you need to import a client database into the http://Leeloo.ai platform from an external system (such as Amo CRM, ZoHo CRM, and others).
If you want to import a database previously exported from http://Leeloo.ai .
To import a client database:
Go to the "Audience" section and click the "Mass Actions" button in the top right corner.
In the dropdown menu on the right, select "Import"
Fill in the fields for client import:
Select an Excel file with the *.xlsx extension containing the "social_id" and "name" fields. Other parameters are optional.
Select the bot from which messages will be sent to these clients. The bot must match the client's messenger type.
Choose a funnel (optional).
Subscribe to LGT (optional).
Select tags (optional).
After selecting the file and bot, the "Import Clients" button will become active. Click it to import clients from the file.
Recommendations:
Before importing, create several import files in *.xlsx format, splitting clients by messenger types. If the messenger identifier in the "social_id" field does not match the messenger type of the bot, the client will not receive the message. If you do not specify a funnel and LGT during import, the imported client will be assigned the default funnel named "Default tunnel."
If you previously exported clients from your http://Leeloo.ai account, reverse import of existing clients will update client card data based on the imported file. To update client data, the "social_id" field value must match the "social_id" of the existing client in the database, and the selected bot must match the messenger type specified in the client's card.
Example: If you previously exported client data, changed the "Name" field value in the file but did not change the "social_id" field value, during reverse import, the client's name in the client card will be updated to the new value specified in the imported file.
Import from External Sources:
You can do this by importing an external Excel file with the *.xlsx extension.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare an import file in Excel format with the .xlsx extension.
Follow the link and click the "Download" icon.
Open the downloaded file and make edits according to the recommendations.
