If you need to export your customer database to an external file, use the “Audience” platform tool to download the data in an Excel file format with the extension *.хlsx.

You can export data for all clients, or selectively, according to the installed filter in the filter panel.

Для экспорта базы клиентов:

1. In the "Audience" section (1) in the upper right corner, click the "Bulk Actions" button

1. In the menu that opens on the right, select the “Export” menu item (2)

1. In the “Export clients” menu that opens on the right, select the type of data you will export.

The following options are available for selecting the type of data to export:

“Clients” (1) - export of the client database in a shortened format without links to attached tunnels and messengers.

Optional options:

"Export tags" -

tags attached to the client are exported

“Export custom fields” -

allows you to export the values of user custom fields if they were previously created in the platform section “Settings” -> “Fields”

"Communication channels" (2)

Option options:

"Export utm tags"

• allows you to export client traffic sources (utm tags)

Select the Set Time option (3) and specify the current date and time to immediately export data from the platform to an Excel file.

The exported file with client data can be opened and viewed in MS Excel.

The format of the uploaded file is *.хlsx, with the selected data type “Clients”:

person ID – client identifier;

name - client's name (nickname);

phone - phone number that is indicated in the client card. If the phone number is not specified, the field values will be empty;

email – email address, which is indicated in the client card. If mail is not specified, the field values will be empty;

gender – gender indicated in the client card;

tags - tags attached to the client card;

File format *.хlsx, with the selected data type “Communication channels”:

name - client's name (nickname);

connection status – client status;

subscribe history – subscriptions to tunnels;

person ID - client identifier;

social_id - identifier in the social network "VKontakte";

utm_source - type of advertising platform on which advertisements are displayed;

utm_medium – traffic type;

utm_campaign - names of the advertising campaign;

utm_term - keyword or ad group name;

utm_content - content type;

source_type - type of site on which the ad was displayed;

source - name of the site where the ad was displayed;

addphrases - whether this display is triggered by automatically added phrases;

position_type - block type, if the impression occurred on the search results page of the advertising platform;

position - exact position of the ad in the block;

keyword - the key phrase for which the ad was shown;

placement - address of the site where the ad was clicked;

adposition - ad position;

creative - unique ad identifier;

keword - the keyword for which the ad was shown on the display network or search network;

target - placement category;

ifsearch: search - display on search;

ifcontent:content - display in Display Network;

adtype - ad unit type (only for campaigns targeting products);

devicemodel - device brand and model;

ifmobile:mobile - display on a mobile device. After the colon, you can specify the value you need;

campaign - names of UTM parameters;

matchtype - match type of the keyword for which the ad was shown;

network - site type: search or context;

device - device type;

gclid - url mark for tracking the effectiveness of an advertisement in Google Analytics;

fbclid - url tag for tracking the effectiveness of an ad on Facebook.

If the “Export custom fields” option was selected during export, the values of existing custom fields from the platform section “Settings” -> “Fields” will be additionally exported.

Attention: to export the “Social Network ID” parameter in the social_id field, please send a written request to the http://Leeloo.ai technical support department.
