The http://Leeloo.AI platform allows bulk management of AI assistants for various audience segments. This feature is useful when you need to quickly enable, disable, or restart assistants for specific segments or the entire database.
Available bulk actions for connected AI assistants include:
Start – Activates the assistant for handling subscriber requests. After a bulk start, the selected assistant will begin receiving incoming messages, analyzing them, and providing responses for the chosen audience segment.
Stop – Stops the assistant’s operation. After a bulk stop, the assistant will cease interacting with the selected audience segment.
Restart – Resets the current settings and interaction history of the assistant. Conversations with subscribers will restart as if starting a new chat.
To perform bulk actions with an AI assistant:
Click the "Bulk Actions" button.
Select "AI" from the list of bulk actions.
Choose the desired audience segment: use checkboxes to select specific segments or choose the entire audience.
In the menu on the right, select the appropriate button for bulk actions with the AI assistant:
Start – Launches the assistant connected to the platform and activates it for customer interactions.
Stop – Deactivates the assistant, ending its operations. After clicking this, the assistant will stop responding to messages or interacting with users.
Restart – Resets current limits and interaction history with the customer. After clicking, the assistant will start a new conversation, ignoring previous messages and data.
In the AI Assistant field, select the desired AI assistant.
Specify the time and date for the bulk action.
By default, the action is scheduled for 02:00. If you want to perform the action immediately or at a different time, adjust the time accordingly.
Click Update AI Settings to execute the action.
