1. Introduction

Definition

Notifications is an infrastructure module of Leeloo.AI located at Settings → Company → Notifications. It operates at the Manage stage of the customer lifecycle: the manager receives alerts about key platform events (new leads, orders, payments, chat messages) and never misses a critical touchpoint.

The module does not exist in isolation — it subscribes to events from LGT (new leads), Sales Tunnels (block progression), Orders & Sales (new orders and payments), Chats (new messages), and CRM / Tasks (status changes). When an event fires, the platform sends an email alert, posts an entry in the notification panel, or plays a sound signal.

The B2B operator (administrator, manager, marketer) configures notifications once: adds an email and verifies it with a code, selects event types via toggles, and enables or disables sound alerts. From then on the platform delivers notifications automatically whenever the selected events occur.

The B2C client (subscriber) does not interact with the Notifications module directly — it is an internal tool for the B2B team. However, every client action (subscribing through an LGT, advancing through a tunnel, placing an order, paying, replying in chat) can trigger a notification for the manager.

The module writes nothing to Client's Card — Notifications operates as an outbound channel that reads events from every platform module and delivers them to the recipients (email + panel + sound).

After reading you will understand:

  • what the Notifications module is and what role it plays at the Manage stage of the customer lifecycle;

  • which notification types are available and which platform modules produce the events;

  • how to add an email and verify it with a code to start receiving alerts;

  • how the notification panel works and which filters (All / My / Company / Platform) it provides;

  • how to configure sound alerts for chats and orders.

Purpose

Notifications is an outbound channel for alerts about key platform events delivered through email, the in-app panel, and sound signals. It removes the need to keep the Leeloo.AI tab open and manually check for new leads, orders, or messages. The module's role is fixed — operational support for the Manage stage of the customer lifecycle.

Manage — the manager receives an alert about a new lead, order, or payment the moment the event occurs and reacts without delay: opens the client's card, replies in chat, schedules a task. The job-to-be-done is to never miss a hot touchpoint and to cut the response time to client actions down to minutes.

2. Notifications module overview

The module sits at Settings → Company → Notifications and is built from three logical blocks: email notification settings (addresses and event types), the notification panel (incoming in-app messages), and sound settings (audio alerts for chats and orders).

2.1. Email notification settings

Open the section at Settings → Company → Notifications. The page contains the following elements:

  1. Email information field — displays the email address where notifications will be sent.

  2. Email input field — lets you add multiple addresses to receive notifications.

  3. Platform actions — a list of events that trigger notifications to the specified email.

  4. Action indicator — a toggle switch that can be enabled or disabled for each event.

  5. Save and delete email button — saves changes or removes the specified email address.

2.2. Adding an email

Adding a new notification address takes four steps and requires confirmation through a code sent to the specified email:

  1. Enter an email — in the Email field, type the address and click «+ Email».

  2. Confirm the code — enter the code from the email in the popup that appears and click «Save».

  3. Select notification types — a window opens with the list of events you can subscribe the email to.

  4. Save the settings — tick the required notification types and click «Save».

2.3. Notification panel

The panel sits in the top-left corner of the main menu. It contains system messages from Leeloo.AI divided into three categories: Important, Info, News. Notifications inside the panel are split into filters:

  1. All — total number of notifications.

  2. My — personal reminders for the manager.

  3. Company — notifications for the company.

  4. Platform — general platform notifications.

2.4. Sound settings

In the «Sound Settings» subsection you can enable or disable audio alerts for chats and orders. The «Toggle All» button changes the setting for all notifications at once.

Note: if only chat notifications are enabled, pressing «Toggle All» will disable all notifications. To turn the alerts you need back on, enable them one by one.

Explanation

Notifications

Infrastructure module of Leeloo.AI located at Settings → Company → Notifications. Sends email alerts, drives the message panel, and triggers sound signals about key platform events during the Manage stage of the customer lifecycle.

Email notification

A message sent to the specified email when a selected platform event fires (new lead, order, payment, chat message, etc.).

Verification code

A one-time code that Leeloo.AI sends to a new email upon adding it. Without entering the code the address is not activated and no alerts arrive at it.

Notification panel

The section in the top-left corner of the Leeloo.AI main menu that holds system messages, news, and personal reminders.

Panel filter (All / My / Company / Platform)

Four tabs inside the notification panel that scope the visible list by recipient: all messages, personal reminders, company notifications, and general platform messages.

Sound notification

An audio signal played in the browser when a new chat message arrives or a new order appears. Configured separately for chats and orders in the «Sound Settings» subsection.

Platform event

An action in any Leeloo.AI module (subscribing through an LGT, advancing through a tunnel block, placing an order, paying, replying in chat, changing a task status) that can trigger a notification.

Client's Card

Centralised subscriber profile in Leeloo.AI where every action is recorded. The source of events that Notifications subscribes to — although the module itself writes nothing to Client's Card.
