In the "Notifications" section of the platform, you can specify which actions you would like to receive notifications by email about.

In order to set up notifications, you need to go to Settings - Company - Notifications.

 

Let's take a closer look at the section itself

 

1 - field with information about the email to which notifications will be sent.

2 - email input field, which can be added to the platform.

3 - actions on the platform, based on which you will receive notifications by email.

4 - action indicator. Can be on or off.

5 - button to save and delete email.

 

Also, you can add several addresses to which alerts will be sent. To do this, in the Email column, indicate the email to which you want to receive notifications and click on the “+ Email” button.

 

After this, a window will appear asking you to enter the code. A letter with a confirmation code will be sent to your specified mailbox, which you will need to indicate in the field shown in the screenshot below.

 

After you fill out the field with the code, a new window will open with the types of notifications you can subscribe to in the mail you specified.

You can select all types at once or while working on the platform. The main thing is to click on the “Save” button after selecting the type of notification.

The main notification menu contains subsections of notifications from the Leeloo.ai system: Important, Info, News.

All - total number of notifications;
Mine - personalized manager notifications;
Company - notifications for the company;
Platform - general platform notifications.

 

In the “Sound Settings” subsection you can enable or disable chat notifications and order notifications. The “Toggle All” button will allow you to change the setting to all notifications. Please note that if, for example, you only have chat notifications turned on, then when you use the “Toggle All” button, all notifications will be turned off.
