Connecting your domain to the Leeloo.ai platform

On the http://Leeloo.ai platform it is possible to connect your domain so that your LGT and offers can be placed on it. This is necessary, in connection with recent updates to the Facebook platform, so that you can set up conversions by clicking on a button on LGT, for example, or for any other case where you want to see your domain, which you yourself, instead of the standard domain http://wep.wf you can purchase.

In order for everything to work correctly, you need either a new domain (clean domain) or create a sub-domain on your website and configure DNS records for the sub-domain.

Connecting a domain works in several steps:

You need to register and purchase a domain. Read how to do this in the help on the side of this service.

You need to place a DNS record on the purchased domain; to do this, go to My Products

 

Next, you need to click on the desired domain, scroll down to “advanced settings” and click “DNS server administration”

 

After this, in the window that opens, you need to fill in the fields as shown in the screenshot.

 

TYPE - CNAME

host - in this field indicate the name of the sub-domain that you want to create

points to - http://wep-wf-proxy.leeloo.ai (each provider has its own hosting rules, some require putting a dot at the end of the value, some do not, check this issue on the side of your hosting provider)

TTL - 1\2 hours

Then click on the “save” button

We recommend registering a new domain or using a subdomain. Please note that if you are using a subdomain, then enter in the Host field: blog to create the http://blog.mysite.com subdomain.

The DNS record may not be registered immediately, but it will take some time to update the information.

After this, we proceed to connecting the domain on the http://Leeloo.ai platform.

Open the Settings - Main Information section and in the “Proxy Domain” field you need to register your domain and click “save” in the upper right corner.

When you complete these steps, all LGT and offers (offers) will be generated on your domain, which you specify in the settings.
