Description
Init code is a script that allows you to identify platform users on third-party resources; it is also necessary when adding lgt to your site. The script is static and unique for each company.
This script can be obtained in Settings → Company → Init code. To work correctly, the script must be placed in the head tag of your page code.
Methods of application
Additions to the site/landing page. This will allow you to track user visits to a site or domain. To do this, you need to add a script to the site, then specify the site url in the trigger block. This block must be part of the general structure of the sales tunnel, have a connection with the main branch, otherwise it will not work. For correct operation, the script must be placed in the head tag of your page code.
2.Placement of lgt widget, form, pop-up window. Init code must be placed on the site when adding similar types of lgt.
When using direct links on the site, placing init code is optional.
3. Adding an offer to the site. When placing offers on the site, you must use init code by adding a script to the head tag.
Please note that without a preliminary subscription via LGT, the offer on the site will not work correctly.
4. Using with the WEBNAR STARS service This will allow you to track webinar visits. The script must be placed in the webinar room settings. You need to select HTML → Permanent HTML/JS code field.
