Library
1. Introduction
Definition
Library is a section of the Leeloo.AI platform where you can store, export, import, and share sales funnel templates with other platform users. A template includes the funnel itself and all of its elements — message blocks, offers, and message templates — that is, a ready-made communication scenario that works at the Engage, Manage, and Retain stages of the customer lifecycle.
The Library does not exist on its own — it relies on sales funnels as the source of the template's content and is connected to lead generation tools, sales plans, smart replies, offers, and message templates. These connections are exactly what make it possible to move a complete sales scenario from one company to another without rebuilding it by hand.
The B2B operator (business owner, marketer, or sales manager) uses the Library to package their own working funnel into a template and share it, or to import a ready-made template from the library and quickly launch a proven scenario in their company.
The B2C client (subscriber) does not interact with the Library directly and never sees it. They receive the messages, offers, and content of an already running funnel that was deployed from a template — that is, the result of the communication assembled by the B2B operator.
In the Client's Card, the Library does not write anything directly: subscriber data (action history, events, statuses) is written by the already imported funnel and its blocks as they operate. Templates carry only the scenario, without any client data.
After reviewing this guide you will understand
what the Library is and the role it plays in exchanging sales scenarios between companies;
how public and private templates differ and how the secret key works;
how to create a new template from an existing sales funnel in a few steps;
which elements are automatically included in the template along with the funnel;
how to import another user's template into your company and where to view its statistics.
Purpose
The Library is a shared catalog of ready-made sales scenarios: it turns a successful funnel into a portable asset that can be replicated, sold, or handed over to partners without manual reconfiguration. The specific function of the Library depends on the customer lifecycle stage at which the template funnel operates.
Engage — the template contains a ready-made chain of welcome and warm-up messages that launches immediately after subscription and engages the audience without a manager's involvement. The job — to quickly deploy a proven engagement scenario in a new company.
Manage — along with the funnel, the template carries over segmentation blocks, offers, and transition logic that allow you to guide the subscriber through the funnel. The job — to give the operator a ready-made structure for managing communication instead of building it from scratch.
Retain — the template can include repeat touches and win-back scenarios that maintain the connection with the client after the first purchase. The job — to reuse proven retention mechanics in new projects.
2. Overview of the «Library» section
The Library section is opened from the platform's left-hand menu. Inside is a feed of sales funnel templates: some are public, others are private. Public templates are visible to all platform users; private ones are accessible only to users within your company and those granted access via a secret key.
2.1. How to create a template
Let's create a new template from a sales funnel that already exists in your company. To do this, click the «+ New Template» button in the top left corner of the Library section window:
Step 1. In the first step, we set the basic template settings:
if we are creating a new template, leave this field blank; if we want to update an existing one, select a specific template;
give a name to the future template;
select a funnel in your company on the basis of which the template is created. This is a mandatory field; the rest are optional;
select a template category;
upload a template logo;
add a brief description of the template;
add a link to a board with a so-called «mind map» on Realtimeboard (Miro) or another service;
add a link to a video on adapting the template (how to customize it, an explanation of why a certain block is placed in a certain spot and contains certain content);
click the «Next» button to proceed to the next step.
Step 2. In this step, we specify which other elements we want to add to the template besides the funnel itself (lead generation tools and traffic sources, sales plans, smart replies). Please note that, along with the funnel, the funnel's own elements will be added automatically — offers and message templates. We also add a more detailed description of the template. When adding the description you can use the text editor. After this we click «Next».
Step 3. We check that the entered data is correct. If something was entered incorrectly, click «Previous» to go back to the previous step and fix the data; if everything is correct, click the «Build Connections» button.
Step 4. We receive the Secret Key (1) and the Template Content Table (2). The Secret Key is used to share your template with another platform user by providing them with this key. The Template Content Table displays all the elements that will be included in the template: funnels, blocks, lead generation tools, offers, and so on. Note that a template can contain several funnels — if the funnel on the basis of which we create the template (selected in Step 1) has connections to other funnels via subscription buttons or Start/Stop functions. In that case, all the content of the connected funnels will be added to the template as well.
Click «Share» to add the template to the library. After this, the template will appear in the library.
2.2. Interface elements of the section
Let's look at the functionality of the Library section:
Insert secret key button — for gaining access to a private template. When clicked, a secret-code input field appears; paste the secret key into it and click the «Add» button on the left. After this, the template will appear in the templates list.
Template search field — search the library templates by their name or unique number.
Unique template number.
Template owner indicator (an icon is shown — it marks a template that was uploaded by your company).
Copy secret key button — for unlocking the template. It can be given to another platform user, and they will be able to unlock your template by placing the key into the insert secret key field (1) and clicking the «Add» button.
«Details» — opens the «Statistics» panel (8).
Import template into your account on the platform. After clicking the button, the template content (funnel, LGT, etc.) is added to your company.
Funnel statistics from the template, by analyzing which you can assess the funnel's success. It opens when you click an empty area of the template. The detailed template description (above the statistics) also opens at the same time.
«Edit template» — this option is available only for templates created by your company.
«Delete template» — this option is available only for templates created by your company.
Funnel layout (mind map) on Realtimeboard (now called Miro) or another layout-building service.
Video presentation of the funnel in video format.
