This page will help you create additional users in your company for employees.
By default, your company has a main user with the Company Owner role. Try not to give other people access to it unnecessarily.

Creating Roles
To do this, you need to go to the “Settings” section, then “Users”, and select the user you need or add a new one.
Username;

You must select a previously created role from the drop-down list;

Username. Your employee ID;
User mail. When creating a user, a password to enter the company will be sent to your email. Mail also plays the role of a login;
User password. This password and email must be used to log in to this user. When creating a password, it is sent to the email address specified above;
Confirm the password. Just repeat the password you specified above for correct operation on the platform.
Employee phone number;
The role of the employee. In the list you will see all the roles that your company has;
the ability to restrict viewing of certain tunnels for platform users;
The "Create" button creates a user with the above data. If the user has been created previously, this button allows you to save the changes.
It is possible to restrict viewing of certain tunnels for platform users. Check the box next to Limit to specific tunnels and enter/select the names of the tunnels that you allow the user to see. Such a user will only see and be able to interact with subscribers who are in the sales tunnel to which you provide access.
Please note that the restriction on tunnels also affects the list of orders displayed in the "Orders and sales" section
If you do not add a single tunnel, then the user in the Sales Tunnels section will not see a single tunnel, but will nevertheless be able to create. The Chats section will only display chats with subscribers who have subscribed to tunnels to which the user has access.
Standard Roles
The platform also includes 6 pre-created roles for standard employee functions.
Company Owner
This role gives the user access to all platform functionality. By default, it is assigned to the client whose email account was registered. But it can also be assigned to employees if they need access to all the functionality of the platform.
Advertiser
This role includes rights to edit LGT, Analytics and the Support AI response database.
This role also gives the right to view information about the company, users, will be able to view Tunnels, Offers, Sales Plans, Webinars, Message Templates, Smart Mailings, Standard Messages, integration with Messengers, Payment Systems and IP Telephony, as well as see information from the Administrative Panel.
However, this role does not provide access to CRM, Archive and customer information.
Content Manager
This role includes rights to edit Tunnels, Lead Generation Tools, Offers, Message Templates, Smart Mailing, Standard Messages, Response Database, Dialog Settings, Variables, as well as Email Templates and User Tags.
This role also gives the right to view information about the company, users, will be able to view Webinars, integration with Messengers, Payment systems and IP telephony, as well as see information from the Administrative Panel.
However, this role does not provide access to CRM, Archive and customer information.
Sales Assistant
This role includes the right to edit LGT, Analytics, Suggestions, Message Templates, CRM, client information, as well as the right to conduct dialogues in chats.
This role also gives the right to view information about the company, users, will be able to view Lead Generation Tools, Offers, Message Templates, Smart Mailings, Standard Messages, Answer Databases, Webinars, Tunnels, integrations with Messengers, Payment Systems and IP Telephony, as well as see information from the Administrative Panel and the Orders and Sales section.
Supporter
This role includes the right to edit Proposals, Message Templates, CRM, customer information, Analytics, Orders and Sales, as well as the right to conduct chat conversations.
This role also gives the right to view information about the company, users, will be able to view Lead Generation Tools, Offers, Message Templates, Smart Mailings, Standard Messages, Answer Databases, Webinars, Tunnels, integrations with Messengers, Payment Systems and IP Telephony, as well as see information from the Administrative Panel and the Orders and Sales section.
Basic Permissions
This role gives the right to view integrations with instant messengers, information about users, data in the Admin panel, and also see training materials.
