This page will help you create additional users in your company for employees.
By default, your company has a main user with the role of Company Owner. Try not to give others access to it without necessity.
Contents:
User Settings
To do this, go to Settings → Users, and select the user you need.
Make changes and click "Save."
Username: Field for entering the user's name.
Email address: Field for entering the user's email.
Role: Dropdown list where you need to select one of the previously created roles.
Phone: Field for entering the user's contact phone number.
Access Restriction: An option that allows restricting access to certain funnels for platform users.
If no funnels are added, the user will not see any funnels in the Sales Funnels section, but they will still be able to create them. In the Chats section, chats will only display with subscribers who have subscribed to the funnels that the user has access to.
There is an option to limit the viewing of specific funnels for platform users. Check the box next to "Allow access only to specific tunnels / Limit to specific tunnels" and enter/select the names of the tunnels you allow the user to see. Such a user will see and be able to interact only with subscribers in the sales funnel to which you grant access.
Please note that the tunnel restriction also affects the list of orders displayed in the "Orders and Sales" section.
Save: Button for saving changes.
Delete: Button for deleting the current user.
