Setting up notifications

In the "Notifications" section of the platform, you can specify which actions you want to receive email notifications for.

To configure notifications, go to Settings → Company → Notifications.

  1. Email Information Field: Displays the email address where notifications will be sent.

  2. Email Input Field: You can add multiple email addresses to receive notifications.

  3. Platform Actions: A list of events for which you will receive notifications at the specified email address.

  4. Action Indicator: A toggle switch that can be enabled or disabled for each event.

  5. Save and Delete Email Button: Allows you to save changes or delete the specified email address.

Add an Email for Notifications

  1. In the Email field, enter the email address where you want to receive notifications and click the "+ Email" button.

  1. A window will then appear prompting you to enter a verification code. A confirmation email containing the code will be sent to the specified email address. Enter the code in the designated field shown in the screenshot below and click "Save".

     

  1. Once you enter the verification code, a new window will open displaying the available notification types you can subscribe to for the specified email.

  1. You can select all notification types at once or adjust them later while using the platform. The most important step is to click "Save" after selecting the notification types.

Notifications

The Notifications menu is located on the left, at the top of the menu.

The main Notifications menu contains subsections of notifications from theLeeloo.ai system: Important, Info, News.

  1. All – total number of notifications.

  2. My – personalized notifications for the manager.

  3. Company – notifications for the company.

  4. Platform – general platform notifications.

Notification sound

In the "Sound Settings" subsection, you can enable or disable chat notifications and order notifications.

The "Toggle All" button allows you to change the settings for all notifications.

Note: If, for example, only chat notifications are enabled, using the "Toggle All" button will disable all notifications.
