Description
A tag is a client characteristic that allows grouping them arbitrarily.
You can use any parameters for grouping: purchase history, age, car ownership, place of residence, etc.
On this page, you can create and delete tags.
Tag Icon List: A set of icons that can be selected for visual representation of a tag.
Color Palette: Allows you to choose a color for the tag icon to make it more noticeable.
Importance Indicator: A parameter that marks a tag as important.
New Tag Input Field: Enter the text that will become the new tag's name and click "Create Tag". When creating an important tag, you must select an icon. If this step is skipped, the tag will not be saved, and a warning will appear: "You need to select an icon."
Delete Tag Buttons: Permanently delete a tag. Once deleted, the tag disappears for all clients to whom it was assigned.
Company Tag List: Displays all existing tags created for the current company.
Tag Search Field: Allows you to search for tags by their names for easier navigation.
Tag Filtering Buttons: Filter the tag list to display either all tags or only important ones.
Edit Button: Allows you to modify existing tag parameters (name, icon, color, importance).
View Subscribers with Tag Button: Displays a list of clients with the selected tag in the CRM section. Clicking this button opens a new browser window with the list.
Tag ID: A unique identifier for the tag, which can be used for data transfer through the API.
