1. Introduction

Definition

Mass actions with clients is a tool inside the "Audience" section that applies a single operation (tag, subscription, archive, export, etc.) to a group of subscribers selected via filter or manual selection — all in one step. It is the key accelerator at the Manage stage: instead of editing each client card individually, the operator processes the whole segment at once.

The tool sits on top of the "Audience" table and relies on the Filter Panel (segmentation) and Communication Channels. Mass actions read the list of subscribers — filtered or hand-picked — and write the change to their Client's Card: add/remove tags, change tunnel subscription status, move to archive or blacklist, add to a sales plan, import/export the base. Some actions (e.g. "Subscribe") launch a Sales Tunnel and therefore overlap with the Engage stage.

The B2B operator (manager, marketer, administrator) is the primary user of the tool. They filter the client base in "Audience", open the mass actions menu to the right of the table, and pick the operation. This saves hours of routine: instead of processing 500 cards one by one, it's a single click and confirmation for the entire segment.

The B2C client doesn't interact with this interface directly but does feel its effects: they receive a tunnel message after a mass subscribe, stop getting broadcasts after an unsubscribe, are archived, or get a new communication channel attached to them. The accuracy of segmentation directly shapes their customer experience.

Client's Card is the platform's central data spine where mass actions persist their results: tag list, subscription statuses, archive/blacklist flags, sales plan entries, import sources, and created communication channels. All other modules (Chats, CRM, Sales Tunnels, Analytics) read from Client's Card.

After reading you will understand:

  • where the mass actions menu lives inside the "Audience" section and how to open it;

  • which 11 mass operations are available and what job each one does;

  • how mass actions map to the customer lifecycle stages (Manage / Engage);

  • what data each action writes to the subscriber's Client's Card;

  • how to pick the right operation for the manager's current task.

Purpose

The primary purpose of mass actions is to turn the routine editing of hundreds of client cards into a single operation over a segment. It is both a productivity accelerator for the manager and a scalability lever: the bigger the base, the higher the payoff of bulk processing vs. one-by-one work.

At the Manage stage, mass actions are the main instrument for segmentation and base hygiene. The manager adds/removes tags to regroup segments, moves inactive subscribers to archive, sends rule-breakers to blacklist, updates sales plans and communication channels, and imports/exports bases. The job — keep a clean, segmented, up-to-date subscriber base for every other module on the platform.

At the Engage stage, mass actions kick off re-engagement of the base: the "Subscribe" action enrolls the selected segment into a Sales Tunnel — the clients all receive the tunnel's first message in bulk, and the sequence then unfolds by the tunnel's own rules. The job — wake up the dormant part of the base or hand a new segment over to a prepared communication without subscribing each person manually.

2. Overview of mass actions

The mass actions menu opens from the "Audience" table via the button to the right of it. Before opening, select the subscribers you need — using the Filter Panel or the row checkboxes. Once clicked, the button reveals a list of 11 available operations.

Each operation has its own dedicated instruction — a brief overview and the links to the full scenarios are below.

2.1. Add tag

Bulk-assigns the selected tag to the entire subscriber segment. The tag is written to each client's Client's Card and immediately becomes available for further filtering, tunnel launching, and report segmentation.

Add a tag

2.2. Remove tag

Removes the selected tag from all subscribers in the segment. Used when regrouping segments and when cleaning up stale labels.

Remove tag

2.3. Move to archive

Moves the segment to the archive — subscribers are excluded from the active audience and broadcasts, but their communication history is preserved. Applied to inactive or temporarily irrelevant clients.

Move to archive

2.4. Blacklist

Places the segment into the blacklist — the platform stops sending messages to these subscribers through any channel. Used for rule violators, spammers, and explicit opt-outs.

Black list

2.5. Subscribe

Bulk-subscribes the segment to the chosen Sales Tunnel. Clients receive the tunnel's first message and then move through the sequence according to the tunnel's own rules. This is the main bridge between mass actions and the Engage stage.

Subscribe

2.6. Unsubscribe

Removes the segment's subscription from the selected tunnel. Subscribers stop receiving messages from that sequence; the unsubscribe is logged in Client's Card and a later re-subscription is possible.

Unsubscribe

2.7. Import

Loads a subscriber base from an external file (CSV/Excel) into the "Audience" section. During import the operator maps file columns to Client's Card fields, picks a tag/source, and optionally subscribes the imported base to a tunnel right away.

Import

2.8. Export

Exports the segment to a file with the chosen Client's Card fields. Used for reporting, transferring data into adjacent systems, and backups.

Export

2.9. Add to sales plan

Adds the segment to the chosen Sales Plan — a list of clients the manager intends to work with directly (calls, manual messages, tasks). This is the baseline step in preparing a segment for targeted, hands-on outreach.

Add to sales plan

2.10. Create communication channel

Bulk-creates a communication channel for the segment — for example, attaching subscribers to a new Telegram bot, WhatsApp number, or email channel. Without a communication channel, the platform cannot send anything to a client (an architectural invariant: no channel = no communication).

2.11. Bulk actions with AI

Runs bulk operations powered by the AI Assistant — for example, bulk message generation, segment classification, auto-segmentation. It is an overlay on top of the basic mass actions: the operator states an intent in text, and the AI Assistant picks the right segment and operation.

Explanation

Mass actions with clients (Bulk Actions)

An Audience tool that applies a single operation to an entire subscriber segment in one step (tag, subscription, archive, export, etc.).

Audience

The platform section with the table of all subscribers and the Filter Panel; the launch point for mass actions.

Segment

A group of subscribers selected by filter or manually that a mass action is applied to.

Client's Card

The platform's central data spine where mass actions persist their results (tags, subscriptions, archive, sources).

Sales Tunnel

A sequence of steps and messages; the target of the "Subscribe" mass action.

Sales Plan

A list of clients the manager works with directly; populated by the "Add to sales plan" mass action.

Communication Channel

A messaging channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, etc.) — without it the platform cannot send anything to a subscriber.

Tag

A label inside Client's Card used by filters, segmentation, and tunnel launches.

Archive

A folder for subscribers excluded from the active base while keeping their communication history.

Blacklist

A list of clients the platform never sends messages to via any channel.
