To add communication channels with your clients, go to: Settings → Integrations → Messengers
Connecting Messenger Communication Channels
You can connect the following messenger communication channels to the platform:
Click on the name of the messenger to access the connection instructions.
Additionally, along with messengers, you can integrate Mandrill and Sendgrid for email campaigns and connect Twilio for SMS campaigns.
Connecting One Communication Channel to Multiple Companies/Platforms
A single communication channel can only be connected to one company/platform at a time. Otherwise, proper operation cannot be guaranteed: messages may not be delivered from the platform or vice versa.
Lost Connection with a Communication Channel
During operation, connection issues may arise with communication channels. Usually, the need to refresh the connection is a limitation imposed by messenger developers. Therefore, some messengers may experience such difficulties more frequently.
When one of your channels loses connection, our platform will notify you via email. A message will be sent to the email address registered to the company. Additionally, you will see a red indicator next to the Settings section, signaling the issue:
By navigating to Settings → Communication Channels, you will see which messenger bots have lost connection.
Deleting a Communication Channel
If there are no subscribers on your communication channel, you can delete it. To do this, click on the three dots next to the bot and then click "Delete".
Status Filter
The status filter allows you to exclude stopped messengers from the list for easier viewing.
Messenger Filter
The messenger filter allows you to exclude specific messengers from the list for easier viewing.
